The community has great amenities and is walking distance to some amazing places in Japantown.But this 5 star review is for Maricela and the leasing office. Maricela was really helpful and answered all the questions I had, and I had a lot!I didn't submit an application this time but I'll definitely consider the property in future.”

“It is a great apartment complex. During my 2 years there (2021-2023), it is a pleasant experience interacting with the leasing office, and all maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The apartment is well maintained with lush green trees, relaxing creeks, and colorful flowers. It is also in a very convenient location with lots of grocery store and restaurant in the area. 85 and 280 are just minutes away, but you do not hear noises from them.”

“Ray and Omar are super helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance requests! When I first moved in, Ray fixed my blinds and bathroom fixtures within a few minutes. It was the most efficient repair I have seen. Today, both Ray and Omar helped me find a solution for my patio to make sure my puppy doesn't escape. They really went above and beyond and we really appreciate it! Thank you Ray and Omar!!!”

“I've been a resident at Station 101 for close to 5 years now and I am satisfied with my experience. The management team is professional, friendly and always available to help. They also take the time to organize fun holiday parties for the residents, which is a great way to bring the community together. However, the sound insulation in the apartments could be better. The maintenance team, in particular, Robert is always quick to respond to any needs and ensures that the community is running smoothly.”

“Manager Justin is nice and highly responsible at work with a positive & sincere attitude. She addressed the plumbing issue at my unit even on the weekend (she coordinated with the plumber and got it fixed though it was not a working day). She is so friendly with children & my daughter likes her very much as she always wishes her with a smile & shows a kind of affection. Also, she greets us nicely with the most positive attitude whenever we see her in the Miramar premises. We noticed that Her plans look good with respect to improvements at Miramar (Gym, taking care of timely tree cutting, cleaning, addressing car parking lots' lights fixes, plan of replacing old stuff in old units to make tenants comfortable, etc.). Compared to earlier management, the current manager's working style looks good. We feel she is giving her best to Miramar in her possible limits. We sincerely appreciate her working style. Keep going!!”

Get your butt into your thankfully very low rent, yet extraordinarily extremely high life apartment closet (of which ALL 3 ARE ROOMY ENOUGH TO FIT YOU!), get down ON YOUR KNEES in PRIVATE & THANK GOD (whatever God you thank or whatever you choose to call God!) & then ask FORGIVENESS for being so thick headedly ungrateful, promise to do better, DO BETTER & then LISTEN!Prayer is LISTENING! “We checked out La Terraza Apartments on Saratoga in San Jose, and even though we went with another place, I had to share how great it is.The grounds are super clean and look beautiful. The team, especially Austin and Gabriel, were amazing during our tour. They really care about the place and the people.La Terraza offers a sweet deal on 2 bed 2 bath units, and the location is perfect. It was a tough choice for us, but if you're looking for a fantastic community with a friendly management team, give La Terraza a shot.While we didn't choose to move in, I wanted to give credit where it's due. La Terraza deserves this positive review!”

“I recently moved to San Jose from Santa Cruz and Vespaio was one out of probably fifteen apartments I viewed. Hands down, Vespaio had the BEST customer service. Toni and her team are amazing! Some apartments can be slow in responding to you which can be really frustrating when you have ample amount of options, but Vespaio can get you moved in ASAP, and they call/email promptly. I had some apartments that would NOT leave me alone but Vespaio was not like this, if I ever was working and could not respond, they would try once more and then give it a break. The interior of the apartments are incredibly stunning with a ton of natural light compared to many of the other apartment buildings in the area (many of them feel like dungeons). Thank you Vespaio for all of your help!”

“I live in Selo of pastoria for 4 months. I really enjoy it so far. It's nice clean and beautiful place. All my requests or concerns were addressed and resolved quickly. Manager Emily is very nice. She is always very friendly and helpful. I think it's very important to live in the complex where manager live on site and keep it clean all the time. It's also a great location, everything is close by: school, grocery store and parks. I will update the review in a few months.”

“I was in a hurry to move into a new room at the meridian at midtown apartment. The community relations team did help me a lot with the smooth and fast process. Melina, Kaitlynn and many other staff at the leasing office communicated with me daily so that I could move in at my preferred and much needed date. Additionally, when it comes to paperwork, Brandon's help was immaculate for me. Even the manager Jose was there all the way assisting me with the move in request. I couldn't be more thankful for what they have done for me.
