“This is my #1 choice for fingerprinting now! I have come several times and Ivana is always so kind, patient, and efficient. She is usually the only employee so you may have wait times but the office is a lovely environment so I don't mind. She also gets through everyone fast without reducing the quality or kindness of her work. She prefers cash or venmo but takes other payment forms as well. Highly recommend!”

“You can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL here. No running around to multiple stores with your returns! What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. Highly recommend Post 'N More -- it's under new ownership, so they're waiting to get their LiveScan approved, a very lengthy process through the gov't for them.”

You can park behind the store right at the corner, there are at least 5 spaces. Anyway, it doesn't bother me.”

“Amazing experience getting my Canadian passport photo taken. I had gotten my US passport photo taken the same day and there’s a huge difference in the quality and lighting on both. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The picture turned out perfect and I paid in Cash to avoid card fees!”

“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

“My last mailbox was at a UPS store, and it could not have been more problematic, losing packages, delivering other people's packages to me, etc. (this is serious, for a business). No such issues with Paul and his colleagues, though they are fewer in number by far per customer, from what I can see. That speaks to character (it really does). I'm not surprised that when I pulled up this page, to leave a review, I see that the last negative was six years ago, and it's not clear that the person leaving it was even an existing client. The owner helped me done the custom packing patiently, it took over an hour to everything packaged. It was safely delivered in 6 days. (I believe there is no way to do a custom packaging in a standard FedEx or UPS center)”

“While I don't live close by anymore, I frequently visit the SF Bay Area (south bay) quite a bit. I work in an industry where notary and snail mail are still a thing and I have trusted this store for the last 5 years to take care of all of my needs. Specifically with my notary needs I cannot afford to have any mistakes at all. The customer service here exceeds most other UPS stores that I generally use, so when I am in the area I make sure to leverage them when I need to. “Jessica in store #1433 went WAY above and beyond to help me solve a problem. I was shipping 4 boxes of returns to Zappo's in the same 4 boxes I'd received the items in, but Zappo's had only provided me with one label. Jessica explained that each box had to have a unique label. I called Zappo's from the UPS store and was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to figure out how to produce 4 labels. Jessica allowed Zappo's to email the labels to the store. She took the time to repeatedly refresh the store email looking for the labels. When they wouldn't come thru on the store email, she gave out her personal email. Zappo's required that each box be opened & the contents listed to them over the phone. Jessica opened all the boxes and lent me tape to tape them up again. She was the epitome of customer service and problemsolving -- and, mind you, this was on a busy Saturday during Christmas season!”

I was referred to PGL by a local outfit that didn't do cross country. Joe and his crew scooped this fragile piece up, crated in, sent me images of the crating process(!), and got it there in time. The kicker was the skinny side street the client lived on couldn't handle the big rig so the shipper's agent wheeled the crate down the block. Nothing but the highest praise.”

“Special thanks to Thomas, who went out of his way, contacting me multiple times late at night and on the weekend to figure out what happened with my original delivery and finding my fridge. My correct fridge and additional items were delivered earlier than expected, and installed professionally, they even put on the colored panels I had ordered, which the first delivery guys refused to do, and made sure the fridge was even and didn't wobble. They tested the water dispensers and made sure everything worked before leaving. It was a positive experience and changed my opinion of RXO, its just unfortunate someone higher like Thomas (Senior Specialist, Customer Accounts) had to get involved and it couldn't be solved earlier with better communication.”

“Located inside of island pacific market, small little kiosk on the left corner when walking in. Been going here for years, same nice Tita has been working there as long as I can remember. Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”
