“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”
“Sudha and her team did a fantastic job of helping me to ship about 40 boxes from their Los Altos, California store to Blaine, Washington. Many of these pieces were artwork with glass that they carefully wrapped and shipped for me. Also, an old wooden chest that they wrapped and shipped internationally for me. A few of the packages weren’t delivered to an address in Santa Barbara, California. I called Sudha and told her this and she put in a new address that I gave to her and then contacted me to let me know that they had been delivered. Also for the box that was going to London she contacted me to say that no one was there to receive it. And then she contacted me the following day to say that someone was there and they signed for it and did receive it. I just felt that she went above and beyond the whole time. They were very patient and kind. They were conscientious of cost and concerned that it may be more than I would want to spend. I felt that they were very respectful in that regard. Also, because I was there so many times, over the course of two weeks, shipping many boxes, I saw how they interacted with other customers, and they were always kind and gracious and helpful to them, and tried to help people as quickly as possible. It’s also just a very pleasant, clean store in a pleasant Shopping Center. It is easy to park. The parking is free. I almost always found a parking space right in front of the store. They had a cart that they could help carry the boxes in from my car. And they would come out to my car and load them onto the cart for me. They clearly know their trade. I recommend them highly!!”

“I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”

“My wife and I both needed passport photos and were fortunate enough to be assisted by Hai Le. Hai is super focused on the customer he is helping. He meticulously takes care of small details and thoroughly explains the process he is working on, providing excellent interaction with the customer. Canadian passport photos have very stringent requirements. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this location, and Hai Le in particular, in order to get these pictures done properly. “Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.”
“I have had such a great experience with this local post office. They have been so helpful when I have had packages that were misdirected, or need help with mail hold concerns. This morning I was trying to locate a package from a vendor for products I ordered but I had accidentally put the wrong zip code on the package. Amber spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me to try to help me with the issue. I had so many questions and she was very helpful in trying to answer all of them.”
“The blond lady employee is rude, I had a pick up order since the app said so, blond lady said she can't find it even though on the app it clearly says it's ready for customer pick up. the Indian lady was trying to get my information and phone number so they can give me notifications when it's ready for pick up, but they didn't get any of my information. I'm upset, I even tried to call to check if the package is there and drops the call. Idk, if this is normal behavior but none of my issues were resolved, or even provided alternative approaches. I don't know who to believe, but this is not the service I expected. I even called off today to make time picking up the package. A wasted time off over picking up a package.
EDIT: Only editing it to 4 stars because the Indian lady was great and explained the situation hours later. She reached out to me, called me, and said they were having system issues. If only they said that at the beginning, I would have gladly returned at a different time. The blond lady blatantly lying to me about not receiving the package, instead of telling me they won't be able to accommodate me for an unknown amount of certain of time due to system issues, would have been better for me. She could have even suggested that I return later or tomorrow so they don't waste my time waiting for their system to work again. I may be upset or irritated but if they don't have the tools to assist me right now, I wouldn't have such a negative experience. Indian lady is great.”

“Before getting a PO Box I read reviews for Mtn. View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Los Altos. I've dealt with Mtn. View before. They're weird and they suck. Sunnyvale keeps tearing down their USPS places. Cupertino review was fair but Los Altos had the best review and when I went the lady couldn't have been nicer. She took care of business and I was out of there in 5 minutes.”

“Over the past two weeks I’ve been working on several projects that required multiple visits to FedEx, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Fabricio Aviles, the store assistant manager. I can honestly say the level of service he provided was exceptional.
Fabricio handled a wide range of requests for me—some of them pretty complicated—and every single time he delivered. He was patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get things done. Even when I came in with unusual or difficult requests, he found a way to make it happen and made the entire process feel easy.
What really stood out to me is how consistently professional and helpful he is. Because of my experience, I ended up sending five different friends to that location over the past couple of weeks for their own shipping and printing needs. Every one of them came back saying the same thing: they never expected a trip to FedEx to be such a positive experience, and it was entirely because of Fabricio.
FedEx is very lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.”

“This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING ? LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!”
