“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”

“Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.”

“An absolutely fantastic neighborhood spot with incredibly dedicated staff. I brought in nearly 1,500 printed pages to be bound (about 500 pages per copy). I dropped them off and left immediately, having no idea how time-consuming the process was. Even though it was almost closing time, they meticulously bound these three massive books for me. “Before getting a PO Box I read reviews for Mtn. View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Los Altos. I've dealt with Mtn. View before. They're weird and they suck. Sunnyvale keeps tearing down their USPS places. Cupertino review was fair but Los Altos had the best review and when I went the lady couldn't have been nicer. She took care of business and I was out of there in 5 minutes.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Nina and Jason who quickly attended to me when their store was closing in 5 minutes. Nina was especially helpful and kind, particularly when the printer had an error and she quickly troubleshooted in a calm demeanor despite the fact that her shift was probably over. On another time, Nina was also a tremendous help with figuring out shipping and return labels for a notebook I left at a hotel in Bakersfield. Prior to UPS, I asked other folks at USPS and other other mail carriers- no one seemed to know how to mail a shipping label to hotel staff correctly. However, Nina made it a breeze and her confidence that my notebook would be returned provided me with peace of mind. My notebook did eventually arrive at my doorstep but this could not have been done without her help. Thank you Nina !”
“Over the past two weeks I’ve been working on several projects that required multiple visits to FedEx, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Fabricio Aviles, the store assistant manager. I can honestly say the level of service he provided was exceptional.
Fabricio handled a wide range of requests for me—some of them pretty complicated—and every single time he delivered. He was patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get things done. Even when I came in with unusual or difficult requests, he found a way to make it happen and made the entire process feel easy.
What really stood out to me is how consistently professional and helpful he is. Because of my experience, I ended up sending five different friends to that location over the past couple of weeks for their own shipping and printing needs. Every one of them came back saying the same thing: they never expected a trip to FedEx to be such a positive experience, and it was entirely because of Fabricio.
FedEx is very lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.”

I have a P.O. Box here and I stop by almost every day, either to pick up packages or to ship something out. Not once have I seen the staff treat anyone poorly. I’ve had P.O. Boxes at other locations before, and the difference is huge. This place is on another level.

“This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING ? LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!”
