“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”

“So this is the best post office I've ever worked with there's a guy there and I don't remember his name but yet he's a large white guy with a beard he is fabulous with customers I'll find out his name when I go there today and update this but he is fabulous there was an Asian guy that worked there and he was great too. White guy bent over backwards to make sure the customers there are satisfied”
“Yes, they do close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 and yes, that should be posted on this page in big block letters! People should be aware that this is a small local branch in Old Town, so yes, there is typically only one person at the counter (occasionally a worker in back). There’s a big main branch less than two miles up Seal Beach Blvd if you’re worried about lines during the holidays (or you’re like, driving). Otherwise for those of us who are just walking over to mail a package, access a box, or send something certified mail, this place is friendly, helpful, quick, and super convenient.”

This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience. I hope USPS takes note of such issues and implements measures to prevent them in the future. Despite this setback, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in addressing the problem promptly.”

“I don’t know why this location doesn’t have great reviews I went in for my passport… And I was assisted immediately by Alina. She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. Definitely recommend this place for anything and everything post related.!!”
“A package was lost when I sent it from this location. I should have known better to not finish packing in the lobby. I now do it in my car or at home. They removed the mail drop off bin outside.You now have to walk in and I assume that's so to safety of ensuring your mail is not tampered with.
Some staff seem dead inside like they lost their soul but I've had a manager and another mail woman give me great advice on helping my package deliver safely.”

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
“Shout out to Ian who was holding down the front alone the day before Christmas Eve! Ian managed to calmly and efficiently meet the needs of a line of folks at least 15 deep, including myself.
Idk what compensation is like at USPS these days but all I have to say is that Ian is earning their keep!”

“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”
