“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

So requested replacement and had to return. Back to UPS. I was greeted with a welcome back. She seemed happy to help. It is always great when you talk to a happy and friendly person. “I was in search of having business cards printed being a first time customer and a first time business owner for Maven's Oasis. I asked Yelp for a quote to have my business cards printed with same day services. I had my first networking event to go to the next day so time was of the essence! The UPS store was the first to respond instantly. The gentleman named Emad texted me back and asked me what I was looking and thinking it do. He gave me my options. Emad was kind, patient and helpful. He gave me suggestions, advice, and insights all within my business budgets. I was very pleased to hear what his price quote was. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than it was. It turns out they are cheaper than their competitors with better care and faster services. All of the competitors slowly got back to me with double and triple the price quotes than The UPS Store and not within my time frame of expectancy. Emad was kind to text examples of what my company's cards would look like previously to printing the 100 cards that I purchased. I was so happy and surprised that it was so simple. The quality of service and business needs are exceptional. My services here were met way beyond what I could have imagined. It was fast and easy. Highly recommended and highly appreciated! If you want exceptional and same day services, I highly suggest talking to Emad at this location to help you meet your business project needs. “The new hard drive on my laptop uses Windows 11 has been a nightmare and I couldn't get my old reliable printer connected to it. Just in time for income tax info to be sent to my accountant, of course, so I made paper copies of everything in a public library, went to Staples & bought a new thumb drive & employees helped to get my documents scanned (which I went back to the library and transmitted). Staples and the employees were the only good thing in this otherwise techno-nightmare.”

She has been there quite a few years and she knows her job like the back of her hand. Beth always welcomes every customer with a smile and knows many by their names. It’s like going to a country store where everyone knows everyone. With all the services they have to offer there’s no need to stand in long lines at the U.S. post office, UPS stores and other mailing service centers. “Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”
