I came to get an upgrade on my phone expecting to pay much more for my plan but Mathew is a wizard. Talk about a kid that knows his stuff. We were able to make a couple changes to my account and now i am actually paying 75$ less per month. Everything was explained very well and he was transparent from beginning to end. I am not the type to write online reviews but I was blown away. To anybody considering ATT service or even lowering your bill, this is the store to go to. Also the manager, i believe his name is Harrison, was also very solid and had me out within 2 minutes when trading my old phone in. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10”

I stumbled across Eco Wireless just by luck while walking around and they took a look at the phone and said they could replace the screen and get it working in 30-40 minutes.

I had other tasks to do that day and couldn't come back until the next day. Sure enough, the phone was ready and good as new the next morning.

“I recently went to this AT&T location with my mother . I was helped by Rick. Before even getting to the store I went on an hour drive to pick up 3 brand new IPhone 16 Pros. I called the store after I received them from Best Buy and Rick answered. Rick was so kind and receptive. I told him that I needed help setting 3 new phones and transferring all of our old data from our IPhone 6S, 7, and XR. Without hesitation, he said we could come in and he would help.

When we got to AT&T store he greeted us and we sat down at a table together. Rick was patient throughout the whole process. He helped us get a better plan for our family account and transferred over all data without any issue. Rick is the type of employee that we all hope to encounter when we go to an AT&T store with an issue. I am so grateful that we had Rick to help us. I hope that he stays at this location because he is great at what he does. He also has a ton of experience which makes sense as to why he made everything effortless.

This damaged the screen which effectively made it impossible to see anything on the old phone before I could initiate any transfer. The data on my iphone was blocked for some reason, but I could not figure out why even after going to 3 AT&T stores and the Apple Store and being on the phone for hours with AT&T support on a Saturday and resetting my phone at least 20 times. “Listen, I’ll keep this short and sweet.

I spent well over three hours on the phone with Verizon customer service in the middle of the night trying to get a number that had already been ported attached to my phone. The number came from a CRM that used VoIP, and Verizon already had it in their system. The problem was simply getting it connected as the second eSIM on my phone. Somehow that turned into an endless loop of transfers and troubleshooting that went nowhere.

All that actually needed to happen was one small step. Delete the second eSIM that wasn’t connecting, reactivate it, and start the setup again. That’s it. Nobody on the phone could tell me that.

So the next day I went into the store.

There was a slow customer ahead of me who clearly needed a lot of help with basic phone stuff. Then another guy who wasn’t exactly rude but kept pushing for exceptions the employees obviously couldn’t give. Through all of it, I watched Konnor handle both of them with patience and kindness.

By the time I sat down, I was doing my best to stay pleasant after wasting three hours the night before going in circles and getting nowhere.

I explained to Konnor what was going on. Within seconds he knew exactly what the issue was and what the next step needed to be. We fixed it, my second line is now working exactly as it should, and the whole thing took maybe ten minutes. He even took a couple extra minutes to double-check everything to make sure it was fully set up correctly.

Anyway, if you ever have an issue with your phone and end up at this Verizon store, be nice to Konnor. He knows his stuff.

And after 21 years as a Verizon customer, he’s easily one of the best in-store employees I’ve dealt With.”

“I came here to purchase a SIM card because I locked my SIM card and needed a PUK code in order to use my phone. I wasn't successful with getting the code and my ex-wife was told on the phone by a cricket associate I needed to get a new SIM card or at least that's what she claimed after I gifted her the task of getting the code from Cricket. After almost a month of my phone being inoperable I arrived at this store. Although the staff was busy with customers when I arrived, fortunately my wait was not long. I was assisted by a young gentleman that was enthusiastic, attentive and very informative. He was eager to give me the info I needed on a current promotion after he assisted me with a new SIM. He was very helpful and fourth coming and the service I received made me feel welcomed. It also made me feel like I would want to use this location in the future. I had a totally positive experience and I look forward to returning in the future.
