“*first of all, Armani deserves a raise ASAP*My daughter's iPhone cellular service stopped working suddenly after a software update. After being shooed away from the Union City location- being told they can't do anything else after replacing a SIM card didn't work, "you'll have to call customer service". To then calling customer service, disconnected x2 and abruptly transferred to apple after being told "you'll have to go to apple, we've done everything we could". I tried this location (after going to apple) & Armani was so helpful and patient while trying everything he could to get my daughter's phone working again. He even called customer service for me while there in store. He tried everything he could, needing to go in 2 afternoons (not his fault) & was so patient and nice the whole time. He was even able to help other customers while assisting me. I'm so appreciative for his help. Armani made the whole process a lot less frustrating, saving my sanity & honestly, kept me from changing carriers!”

“Jorge is an excellent employee. My 2 sons came in the store last week and he let them know that he could take care of their broken phone situation and to let me know . So I came in today and this guy rocks. He got my 3 line bill switched over to a 6 line bill with Wi-Fi internet and I am now paying like $500 less than i previously paid. And he got my 2 sons new phones. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be paying less money for more products and services. If I could I would give Jorge a thousand (1000) stars for his service. I will no longer go to any other T-Mobile locations. This location is my new home store.”

“Telexpress performed tasks quickly and with good quality.They provided multiple options at different price points, which I didn't find elsewhere. I Was told to expect 3-5 days for receiving the new part and they called me on day 3 with the part.As I left my phone for repair, I was told it would be finished in 2 hours. I returned in 2 hours and the phone was perfect. They were also pleasant to interact with. I recommend Telexpress!”

“I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

“Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”

“I see that this store has a lot of mixed reviews. I can't speak on behalf of the customers or the employees, but I can let you know about my own experience at this store. I recently came in with 2 separate issues; one was about my phone bill and the other was my internet. Both issues were resolved immediately, and I even had my router upgraded for free as well as my site visit (150 dollar fee) waived. The gentleman that assisted me was David Escalante. Give this man a raise!”
