I went in looking for something specific and the staff were quickly able to identify that they didn't have any of that product, but still workshopped ways to help and came to a solution. They didn't have to take the time to do that, and I'll certainly be back for my other hardware needs. Lord knows I'll have some having just bought a house.”
“I bought an Oregon leaf blower from the shop eight years ago. It has been a wonderful product. They were the ones who recommended to me vs Stuhl. I called today to see if they stole carried them, which apparently do not, but they were so kind as to look up my purchase date is they’re still under warranty and offered to have me bring it in so they can quickly check it out and it’s something easy to fix. This is the type of shop that deserves our support so they can stay in business against online retailers.”
“I enjoy shipping here because they have a pretty focused inventory. Unlike the big box stores, there are employees around actively trying to help, and they aren't trying to carry everything for everybody. For example, if I need fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, etc) they have a huge selection and it's incredibly well organized. Lumber? Forget it. Their online inventory is pretty spot on.”

“This little Squirrel of a guy gave me a bid of 6 grand to build a 47" fence and I was to supply the material...6 grand!
I told him..."Look buddy, I'm going into the house to get a drink of water, if you know what's good for you you'll leave Lickity Split! I built the fence myself and I didn't charge my neighbor anything other than half the cost of the materials.”
“Would it hurt to have fully stocked inventory and decluttered isles.
Additionally the overflow parking across the street gets a little intense with the tent community squabbling.”
