“I usually go to Genesee Home Depot and they are always really fast with curbside pickup but unfortunately they didn’t have my items. I did curbside pickup here after waiting 15 minutes and no one coming I finally went into the store to wait in the long line. Then the associate tried to give me my order without an item saying it wasn’t included in the order even after I showed her my email receipt. I’d rather pay for shipping than come here again.***** Update. Several staff from HD contacted me after my review to apologize for my experience and offered us a discount. Today Cory, the manager at HD and Allie, a HD employee made a surprise visit to our house and hand delivered to our house a welcome HD bucket with a bunch of HD goodies and a toy for my kiddos! I wish I’d taken a picture to post. Hands down, Cory and his team are AMAZING, they truly go the extra mile (or 15 in my case) when things don’t go as planned with the customer experience.”

“Absolutely terrific experience and product from Cabinet Tronix. I could not be happier. Denzil and Trace were amazing to work with, and patiently answered all questions --- and provided a custom built solution that exceeded my expectations! Like a lot of folks, I've been doing a lot of renovations -- and started focusing on maximizing outdoor living in the backyard. Re-did the patio, added a fire pit, got the old deck re-done with a new composite deck, and for my personal Xmas gift to myself added a Pergola on the deck (hanso home pergola - also highly recommended) and this TV cabinet riser from Cabinet Tronix. When I started working out details last August, I'd hoped to get the contracting company doing my deck to add an outdoor TV area. While the deck turned out, additions with them were not in the cards. So I started looking at options. When I stumbled on outdoor TV riser cabinets, Cabinet Tronix was at the top of the list. What I liked about their solution is that the TV could be lowered in a quality piece of furniture (seriously, this thing will outlive me for sure), fit the TV and soundbar I wanted to add (Samsung Terrace 65" with the Terrace Soundbar), and be able to view from both the deck and patio since it swivels to be viewed from any area. That means on a chilly evening I can have the fire pit going on the patio and still watch the TV for movies or football :). I started the order with Cabinet Tronix in September, and received the unit in December -- and it was worth the wait. It allowed me to get the other items ordered and ready, and better plan for the layout. The TV cabinet is IPE wood, and solid (heavy!). I had to get help to get it moved outside and onto my deck. Then, just this week I got the TV and soundbar installed. Even though it was a cold day, I sat outside and enjoyed a college football game from the 'far end' of the deck and it was perfect. Then, later, turned the TV to face the patio and watched a movie. This adds so much more usability to my back yard and outdoor space. Definitely a splurge, but 100% worth it for the value it brings in making the outdoor space so much more usable for entertainment. I can't wait for spring and summer to spend most evenings outside. Denzil and Trace knocked it out of the park! If you are looking at reviews here, do yourself a favor and also check out Cabinet Tronix's YouTube videos showing off the TV cabinets. Totally worth it! Again, could not be happier with the end result and working with Denzil and Trace. What a great experience!”

“IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION 10 STARS, I WOULD GIVE 11.I was blown away this afternoon by tye cleanliness and organization of the store and its employees. I actually was looking for something and an employee asked me if I needed any help. You might think this to be a common thing, but ket me tell you it is not. Some stores you go in the employees don't even greet the paying customers let alone ask if they can assist in any way.I have been to some locations where you have a very hard time with making a return, but here you are treated with respect as customer.I have to mention this because as I was looking for the store manager to comment about my enjoyable experience today in this location, the employee helping me mentioned that the manager is off today, but he offered to direct me to the Assistant Manager named Courtney.LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT Courtney the Assistant Manager.As I was approaching Courtney he was assisting one of the cashiers who had a question about a guy trying to make a purchase with cash that Courtney observed where sketchy bills.I was blown away at how that situation was handled. It was handled so professionally by Courtney abd saved the company a whole lot of money due to what that guy was trying to purchase.Courtney gave him the option to pay with a card or either we can call the authorities, to which case the man immediately left the store.Courtney and tgat Cashier deserve a raise and promotion!!!”

“I like Lowe's they have a great selection of everything but getting someone to help you is tough. There is no one around and when you finally find someone they are not from that department so they call someone else to help you and you wait and wait. I used the restroom in the meantime and there were two ladies in there both employees. I told one of them (the one that was out of the stall) that they had horrible service, she asked me what I needed, I let her know. She said she (the one still in the stall) will be able to help you she's the manager. Not sure if the manager heard the comment I made, she barely looked or acknowledged me, she stated asking where is so and so. Then I see two men come out I think from the a lunch room. Seems like most everyone was at lunch or on a break. I nice young man helped a bit, I didn't get his name but still needed help so I was back at the same department no one ever show up to help. I finally found another employee his name was Benjamin, he helped me with everything I needed from finding to checking out. He even went to get a cart and loaded what I had into it. He was awesome! I was there almost two hours for something that should have taking me half that time Thank you again Benjamin you very helpful Lowe's needs more employees like Benjamin”
