Dinesh at AVIS MV was extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process. Instead of a frustrating wait or a vehicle downgrade ( which happened at the Palo Alto branch), he sent us on our way quickly with a really nice, clean gas SUV that was perfect for our trip. The professionalism and efficiency at this location are top-notch. I highly recommend renting from this branch!”

“We rented a Maverick from San Francisco and dropped it off in Seattle. From booking it to dropping it off the process was smooth and easy. We loved our first experience travelling in a campervan. Very easy to use and comfortable. The kitchen and bedding add-on included everything we needed. We brought our own aux/usb cable and phone holder which are a must to have for comfortable navigation and audio entertainment during the trip. Highly recommend it!”

“Got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Called WD. Made me an appt for 30 mins from then . They removed the nail, patched the hole, in and out in less than 15 minutes. No charge. Will definitely use them in the future!”

“I had a great experience with Enterprise after my insurance sent me there for a rental. The whole process was quick and smooth, and the return was even easier. They even gave me a ride back to the auto body shop, which made everything super convenient.
Iman provided outstanding customer service, held the door open for me coming in and out, much respect! Justin, the manager, was kind and efficient, and Alison, who helped me early in the morning, was very informative and professional.

“I had a good experience renting a car from this place. We made an online reservation and rolled off the lot within 15 or 20 minutes.
I can only give 4 out of 5 stars because eventhough they offered and accepted our reservation for a full size sedan they didnt actually have one, so we got upgraded to an intermediate suv. Which was totally fine but maybe dont offer cars you dont actually have.

“I have been coming here for years now and my experience has generally been always great. Pickups are fast so are the drop-offs and cars are generally available, iff you were able to make a reservation online.
Cars are kept clean though on occasions you could tell someone smoked in it some point - so the smell lingered. But it was cleaned otherwise.”

“Absolutely outstanding service - strongly recommend this location. I needed an SUV on really short notice, and this location had one, albeit larger than I wanted. Akil was the friendliest and most helpful associate you could ever wish for. He worked diligently and patiently with me to resolve every single problem, and his manager was as friendly and helpful. I had several special requests, and Akil worked through every one with me - he really wanted to make sure that I will leave the location happily, and all of that on a Friday afternoon, 30 minutes before closing. I was super impressed and thankful for his great service.”

“This was my first time renting at this Hertz Location and I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Mo’s customer service. I received a call from Mo before my pickup time letting me know an ETA my rental would be ready, since I had booked last minute the night before. Mo called again as soon as the vehicle was ready for pickup and also offered different upgrade options that were available the day of. This location is inside the DoubleTree by Hilton and Mo was able to get me in and out within 5 mins!
I look forward to continue renting at this location.”
