They'll treat you with warmth, and genuinely go outof their way to see if they can accomodate any requests.The location is easy to find, well kept and has a ton of good inventory. The cars are clean, well maintained and quite new.One of, if not the best Avis location anywhere in the country. Avis needs to see how well this place is run and replicate across more of their stores.”

“I had a very slow leak on my model Y foam tire. First went to pepboys they took my money $22 and told me they don't know how to fix foam tire told me I have to buy a new tire.I went to WD and they looked at it straight away and fixed the puncture at no cost.Also their tires were the cheapest out of all the places I checked.Highly recommend, will be my go to place for all tire related stuff”

“I choose this location because I saw good reviews on websites. I rent a vehicle for a week but unfortunately due to an accident I hurt my ankle, I have no choice but return the car 2 days early. The manager & staffs really listened & go beyond to meet my requirements. This location provides complimentary pick up & drop off services, due to my special condition & upon my special request, they sent someone to pick up the car from the place I stayed. This location is not only doing business but providing an excellent & professional customer service. I definitely will come back in the future.”

“I had a rental from my insurance company at a different location, but it disappeared when transferred to the Fremont location. I was asked to contact my agent, but I only got voice-mail. In the meantime, Vivian contacted my insurance company and was arranging the new authorization. I was so impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. She then walked me through picking out the car and encouraged making a video of the car inspection. Amazing customer service. Everyone there was very nice, but they are lucky to her there, and I'm surprised a corporation doesn't hire her away.”

“This Enterprise location is conveniently next to Crash Champions, formally known as Service King. I have rented from this particular Enterprise several times for several occasions but mainly due to a vehicle in for repair next door. Every rental occasion was great. I was asked to write a survey and I happily wrote this for the company and happy to share here as well: From start to end, the team was extremely nice, helpful, & accommodating. Customer service was top tier with great attitudes all around. The gentleman who helped my uncle & I get set up with our rental was patient and understanding while I had to translate. Isabelle, who helped us check out upon our return was friendly and efficient. She even called me many days later to let me know our insurance covered everything. Had she not called, I would not have remembered to check with my insurance to close things out even though she suggested I do so on my own to speed the process up. (Oops! Sorry Isabelle!) It was great that she took care of everything for me and confirmed that our deposit will be returned. I will be happy to return to this particular Enterprise in the future and Enterprise in general. Thank you to those 2 particular individuals for setting great examples of customer service and more!”
