“Prologue - Subscribed to a post paid plan. Was misled on the promo. Billing issues. Substantial miscommunication with T-Mobile support. Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! He spent several hours with support on my behalf to have this issue sorted. The epitome of how customer support ought to be - and fundamentally how people ought to be, kind and compassionate. “Ethan was so friendly and helpful he sat with us for a long time until we were happy and sure of what we were getting and how much it costs. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew his stuff. “Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any needs we have. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service!”

“I went in this store in Saturday Aug 5 and was attended to promptly and with a lot of personal friendliness. Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan.One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this. I had expected Verizon to do better on the trade in part.Tori is excellent.. and her service is top.”

“Last week I switched my carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile, the customer service at TMobile Newark assisted me. Johnathan, who is not only thorough and knowledgeable but went out of the way to help me with what was best for me since I wanted to stay in my budget. He stayed back and did overtime and made sure the data transfer smoothly transferred in spite of me forgetting my iCloud password , he stayed calm and composed. Since I had mentioned that I was traveling and made sure I have everything on my phone. Johnathan did not care about his long commute from Newark to Oakland which he had to cover that late at night. Seeing is compassion and hard work, I must say TMobile is very lucky to have him because people like Johnathan are very rare to find. He is a Gem with humanity and humbleness.I went for one phone service but ended up taking 3 phone services.
