Freshly made Belgian waffles -so light and tasty with bright fresh fruit on the side, delicious bacon and the Guava drink brought me back to my time in Hawaii! Immaculately clean restaurant with a live camera feed showing your food being plated. I watched a young staff member Lily meticulously polishing/drying silverware before wrapping each set. She made fresh pot of coffee for us and was constantly cleaning while she waited for the brew to finish. The manager was our server who went out of her way to provide a relaxed pleasant breakfast experience. We flew in from Texas and came to the restaurant based on other reviews -SO HAPPY we did! Great value for the quality of food provided and friendly efficient service staff. When we come back to Thousand Oaks to visit family this will be our choice for brunch

The restaurant itself is perfect for a nice dinner with a partner and the bar is great if you're visiting solo. Several great beer choices (I get the Lizard's Mouth and Old Rasputin every time) as well as full bar. Highlights for me are the Nirvana curry, chili paneer, Pesahwari naan and curry fries, but I have never once been disappointed in anything I've ever ordered here. Great service, relaxing atmosphere and excellent food. Highly recommend to all

A must-know tip: come on Fridays. That's when they bring in their freshest catches and seasonal dishes, and the difference is absolutely noticeable. The quality speaks for itself.
Raul and Tony are true masters of their craft — watching them work is an experience in itself. Their precision, creativity, and passion come through in every single roll. We tried a couple of rolls and were blown away, but our biggest advice? Order whatever is on special. Trust us on this one — it will not disappoint.
Whether you're a sushi newbie or a seasoned Japanese food lover, Sushi Oats deserves a spot on your must-visit list. We'll absolutely be back.

There was so much food I was able to bring home an entire meal for my loved one. I will say the smoky flavor of the chicken was spot on. The tenderness of the tri tip was excellent, not to mention it was so lean and tender. We sat on the outside patio which was so very cute. Staff was very attentive and we really appreciated that. Thank you. We will be back.
