He gave Phoenix treats when we walked in and even opened a sample pack of food for him to try before we purchased since we’re new to the brand. Really appreciated the amazing customer service. Very friendly staff and very good food. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, which got us a discount and free dessert. Very happy with the experience.

First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! The mimosas were delicious because they fresh squeeze the orange juice every morning. If we lived closer this would be a spot we would frequent! It is a must if you are at the Seaport Village in San Diego!!

The one thing I asked my son and bride to be was the importance of the food for the guests ( I didn't need to ask since they are both foodie connoisseurs ). But all our guests enjoyed the hors d'oeuervs, and complimented on the dinners. You get what you pay for and this was great. I can't say much about the service since their wedding planner coordinated everything, but the venue and the food is beautiful and good. The newlyweds stayed 3 nights there and it was luxurious!

26025 Pacific Coast Hwy, MalibuWe came here to have dinner February 20, 2022! This is a really beautiful looking hotel especially at night! It's almost like a farm setting and sorta lit up like Christmas it's very beautiful with all the lights. We stopped to grab a coffee at the coffee shop there and it was honestly not that great, they were very sweet the girl working there I do remember that. But their coffee was not that great. The dinner we had was nice but it was outside and it was freezing. So we were all shivering and by the time our food came out everything was pretty cold. The entire hotel was not busy there wasn't that many people there. Kind of a shame since you think it would be since it is beautiful there. The rooms were interesting and across from each other, however I loved the little fire pit they had in the middle of the outside area going back and forth to the rooms. The kids had a blast though they had fun running back and forth and they do leave a lot of yummy snacks around which was really nice. The customer service was not bad not the best but not bad! Everyone was nice but things took extra long when it shouldn't when no one was really there. I hope next time we visit this hotel it will be busier. But it's a very unique kind of a hotel and very gorgeous. At least check it out once. Have a really beautiful day :) Be kind to everyone - Aloha

He came in needing multiple procedures including a hernia repair, neuter surgery, and a toe amputation, and the team treated him with such urgency, compassion, and kindness from the moment we arrived.
You can truly tell that everyone here genuinely cares about animals and the families who love them. The staff was patient, professional, and reassuring during a very emotional and stressful time for me. Sweetheart is already doing so much better, and I cannot thank them enough for giving him the care he needed.
Organizations like this are such a blessing to the community. Their dedication to helping animals, regardless of circumstances, is absolutely amazing. Thank you again to the entire Sam Simon Foundation team for your kindness, urgency, compassion, and for helping save and improve Sweetheart’s quality of life. We will never forget it. ❤️
