The shop is large, clean, and stocked with many brands of food and toys. Food is in the name, but they carry a variety of pet supplies, of course.
I was impressed that the employee who I talked to, after realizing they didn't have my brand, suggested a few other options locally which might carry it. They respect that cats are particular, and rather than pushing something they carried, truly just helped me find what was best for my kitties. That's worth more than any product.

Matt is an awesome entertainer and really knows how to put on a show. There were soooo many cool animals! Matt arrived 30mins early to set up and let us take as many photos as we wanted. 760 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand OaksIf you want compassionate, reliable, affordable care for your cat, The Cat Doctor in Thousand Oaks is your place. They took such good care of my sweet, almost 20 year old cat Coco, and I, in the last year of her life. The wonderful Dr. Cody helped me manage her kidney disease and hyperthyroidism with medication and a prescription diet. It worked well for about 10 months but then her condition declined. We did an IV bag for a bit and took other measures but she stopped eating, not even her treats, lacked energy and was stumbling. So when it was time to make the hardest decision a pet’s human companion has to make, they took care of us in the end too. On the day of, Drew (front desk person) was especially kind to share his decision to put his own 15 year old pet down, which was helpful because it’s a huge responsibility to make this choice, albeit a humane one. They made it as pain-free as something so painful could be. I’m so grateful for this little country like office and for the kind people who work there (Thank you so much Dr. Cody, Christine, Drew, Amaya, Sarah, Theresa and others for the TLC). July 29, 2026

Everyone seemed to love my boy Buster and he could not stop wagging his tail. They offered him treats and snacks which he gobbled up. Dr. Milburn was a great doc and took time to answer all my questions. Happy to have found our new vet!

Under the caring and nurturing eye of Dr. Chris Deam and his staff, they did a GREAT JOB with them! They empathized when they saw how restless I was in bottle feeding these little ones when I brought them in the box. They took them to the back and they came back dewormed with just a few drops and with eye ointment for the little runt who couldn't open his eyes. Kitties and momma foster (me!) are extremely happy to have settled and healthy kitties again! Totally affordable and they offer insurance plan pamphlets. Thank you to such a great staff of loving fur baby caretakers and to a great vet who LOVES his patients!

Newbury Park Veterinary Clinic
1536 Newbury Road Suite A, Newbury ParkMy teenage daughter and I had an emergency with our pet rabbit, Flopsy. She was acting very strangely and struggling to breathe, repeatedly lifting her head to catch her breath. I called several veterinary clinics, and NP Veterinary Clinic was the only one that agreed to see us immediately.
Tragically, our beloved bunny took her last breath in my daughter's arms in the exam room. We were both in complete shock and broke down crying in disbelief. The entire staff at NP Veterinary Clinic comforted us during one of the most heartbreaking moments we've ever experienced. They made sure Flopsy was no longer suffering, and everyone treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and patience.
They even gave us a discount on the visit, which was deeply appreciated. They carefully wrapped Flopsy with dignity and placed her in a box so we could bring her home to bury in our backyard.
A few days later, we received a sympathy card signed by the entire team. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.
Although losing Flopsy was incredibly painful, we will always remember the kindness and compassion we received from everyone at NP Veterinary Clinic. We strongly recommend this wonderful team to anyone who needs caring veterinary service for their beloved pets.

We had a meet and greet the week prior to ensure he'd get along with the other animals. Yesterday we picked him up from Lisa and Anton after a full day of care. We had received numerous pictures, videos, and updates to put our minds at ease. He was so relaxed and happy. They were so affectionate to him and the other dogs. I'm so grateful to have found them through their excellent reviews. I will be using Newbury Bark for all my doggy daycare and boarding needs.

We came in specifically for the dealer's choice cocktails, having heard the bartenders were exceptional, and it did not disappoint. Our bartender Seth walked us through every step and clearly treated it like a craft improvising a custom drink based on what we liked rather than just pulling from a standard menu.
Everything is made fresh, no artificial syrups or mixers, and you can taste the difference immediately. It's easily one of the best cocktail experiences we've had. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!! ask for Seth, but honestly it sounds like the whole team here is this good.
