I went in because I found a flea on my cat & was kinda freaking out, wanting to see if there were any products I'd feel comfortable using. I actually went in two times that day. The first time he spent quite a bit of time w/ me & I ended up buying just a double bladed flea comb that he recommended. The 2nd time was after I used the comb & found more fleas. Ugh. Both times he was friendly & amazing at listening to my concerns about strong chemicals if avoidable, or essential oils that are advertised to naturally treat fleas but are actually harmful to cats. He spent time standing there w/ me looking through all the ingredients of many different products (they have a great selection). Also, he used to be a groomer so he had some knowledge based on that. He really seemed to care & his support meant a lot to me. If you have a need or question, go see Ron! And Ron, I hope you read this. Thank you, I appreciate you.

In 2023, I bought my English cream retriever and again was recommended NuVet supplements. I also give them to my rescues. They are all doing extremely well and my oldest boy who has had cancer in the past is at his best. I witness my dogs having a much better quality of life since using NuVet. The important part is, they also don't badmouth other pet supply stores because you feel like there is a community with all of them. They have a shared goal and that is, the love of animals with the employees

I have a rescued golden with pretty severe anxiety, and trusting anyone with her has always been hard for me. The idea of handing my dogs over to someone I can’t watch the entire time used to feel impossible. A few years ago, though, I took a chance on Jaycee—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my pups.
From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience, kindness, and care. She didn’t just groom my dogs—she took the time to understand them, to meet them where they were, and to gently earn their trust. That meant more to me than I can even put into words. Watching my anxious golden slowly light up around her, and now seeing both of my dogs literally dance with excitement when she arrives, has been the greatest gift.

Under the caring and nurturing eye of Dr. Chris Deam and his staff, they did a GREAT JOB with them! They empathized when they saw how restless I was in bottle feeding these little ones when I brought them in the box. They took them to the back and they came back dewormed with just a few drops and with eye ointment for the little runt who couldn't open his eyes. Kitties and momma foster (me!) are extremely happy to have settled and healthy kitties again! Totally affordable and they offer insurance plan pamphlets. Thank you to such a great staff of loving fur baby caretakers and to a great vet who LOVES his patients!

Everyone seemed to love my boy Buster and he could not stop wagging his tail. They offered him treats and snacks which he gobbled up. Dr. Milburn was a great doc and took time to answer all my questions. Happy to have found our new vet!

Everyone - the doctor, vet tech and front office staff - were very informative, friendly and provided great care. They referred us to a cardiologist to determine the best anesthesia medication for our senior dog so Cashie can receive the dental care he needs. We appreciated this so much because this will provide the best outcome for our pup. Previously, our two cats and German Shepherd have also received care at Conejo Valley Vet Clinic - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The food is always a highlight; their charcuterie boards are beautifully curated, and the variety of pizzas and fresh salads ensures there’s something delicious for everyone. It’s the perfect spread for a social gathering.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The owners, Amy and Lyndsay, are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about creating a top-tier experience. The hospitality extends through the entire team—Greg, Sara, Peter, and Alvin (and everyone else behind the scenes) are attentive, professional, and make hosting feel effortless.
If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes, excellent wine, and a staff that truly cares, I cannot recommend West Tasting Room enough!

The place is a class act and worth the money. They also have a bar area.
