1376 Erringer Road, Simi ValleyMy fur baby needed to be seen quickly, all of my local vets offices were booking two weeks to two months out, leaving me with the choice of waiting ( not a comfortable option) or paying exorbitant cost for emergency services (that I felt unnecessary.)
In the mist of my search for a vet, I received an email from Dr. Ron’s , I was familiar with their service through the vaccination clinics they have at The Wharf in Ventura. While on hold with another vets office, I read the email, and realized that they had a clinic, so after another disappointing call to a local vet, I phoned Dr. Ron’s. I was amazed that they could see me the next day and at a far more reasonable price point, additionally the young lady I spoke with was super sweet and helpful (it is really nice to speak with a human.)
Besides being one of the most well run medical offices I've been to (no double booking), It was by far the CLEANEST medical facility I have ever been in, animal or human! The wash room was spotless!
They are quite a drive (approximately one hour), it was well worth the peace of mind. Everyone was wonderful!

She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.

She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We went from discouraged to encouraged. I learned a lot of techniques and tricks from Xaviera that I didn’t know before. I took her dog training course through Simi Valley Recreation and Parks and it was excellent as well. She stays after class to answer questions. She is easy to understand and follow. I think she would be helpful to anyone whether beginner or advanced. It is obvious she has been doing this for a long time. I highly recommend.

Mailing, 1464 Madera Rd N350, Simi ValleyWe just adopted our first rescue dog from ARV Simi Valley and it couldn't have gone better! We have a wonderful, adult dog who was rescued from a box next to a dumpster. Luckily, ARV found the most wonderful foster mother for this little one. Her love and care was so evident. This organization is well organized, purposeful, caring, and compassionate. Staci was so efficient in everything involved with the adoption, including the follow-up days after. You never realize there are so many details involved in the adoption process, but they were handled well and we had a great experience. We're so happy that this little one found us, and that we found ARV.
