“We are fans of Tommy Bahamas, we have eaten at them from Houston, Las Vegas, Laguna Beach and of course Newport Beach. Always great food, and service, this time was over the top. Nick our waiter was on top of everything. We were a party of 6 and things happen this is life. There was one very small issue not even that big of a deal. Nick and his manager went the extra mile to correct the issue. Everyone starting with our host was very professional and catered to meeting our expectations. Well done!”
“They messed up on my order of sheets but once I spoke to the MGR the problem was corrected and he went 110% to ship the sheets to me. They have wonderful sheets and I would buy from them again. The only reason I gave it 4 out 5 stars is because of the confusion and mess up of the order. I would recommend them.”
