“Sad to see all these other negative reviews when this market is such a hidden gem! I came here the other day and went straight to the meat counter where I was helped by a really knowledgeable and kind staff member by the name of Nick . He was such a kind guy and helped me to pick out a few different options for my Sunday roast. The tri tip was delicious and my kids loved the chicken tenders and curly fries I ordered. They also have house made ranch that as a Californian was to die for ! Not only is the meat and sides ( the macaroni salad mmm) high quality and good but the market that accompanies it has some really nice artisan options . The ice cream selection and chips selection is very good and extensive . Next time you have a picnic I suggest picking up some food here and taking it to go :)”
“Lots of gluten free products such as the cookies, microwavable foods, cereal, breads, etc. I was looking for the Rare Earth Cabernet Wine and someone knew exactly where it was. They have a lot of unique finds here sometimes such as the chocolates, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products such as the moisturizers. Sometimes, I stock up on toilet paper and water bottles. TJ’s gets busy, but I feel like the morning is the best time to go.”

“I love this Vons. It is not huge but they almost always seem to have what I'm looking for and it's pretty clean. The produce is consistently good. The staff is great. But what I like most about this Vons is that they Always have stacks of CLEAN grocery baskets at both entrances.”

“Came here because of a flyer that was mailed to my house.... apparently a long time ago because the prices are higher for the meals now. Standard with inflation now, so not criticizing them or knocking a star. I got the gyro supreme and it was delicious. The pita was not great, but it did not stop me from eating it all. Healthy serving size. Register lady was nice enough to still honor the old coupon.I meandered around the store and found them to have a nice large liquor section. Also garbanzo beans by the pound.Staff was all nice, store was well kept and stocked, food was great, there was a sports bar attached, and they have their own (small) parking lot. “Don't recommend their burritos. Paid $15 for a Carne asada Burrito with beans , cheese, rice, and Pico and only got 4 pieces of meat. I'd give them another chance -- but was disappointed. I also took home a lemon tarte and 4 macaroons that were quite delicious!”

“The best pharmacy in Ventura in my opinion. They have always been extremely helpful and nice. But now, Pharmacist Casey is going beyond the norm. She is searching other Von’s and getting a prescription together for me since the manufacturer is in back order and I have sensitivity to other medications. I sincerely appreciate her effort and highly recommended this location.”
“Very convenient when camping at Lake Casitas and saves a bunch of time. If you forgot anything or didn't pack due to space, you can get it here. They have everything. The place to get fire wood in the park and prices are not really crazy out of line on most items. Shopkeeper seems very nice as well.”
