“This is one of the most comfortable, clean hotels ever. The property is stunning. We went for an evening walk and saw two raccoons and a bunch of bunnies. Restaurants are great. Spa was absolutely awesome. Best massage and the amenities were fabulous!! Love this place.
Rooms: Room was so big with lots of drawers in the bathroom and bedroom. You can unpack and get going!”

“We were in #4 which was far enough away from the road so it was quiet. We loved how spacious our place was. Full kitchen, living area and king bed. Front and back patio seating. We couldn't get the volume working on the bedroom TV. Would be helpful to have remotes labeled for what they are for such as fireplace, etc.”

“This place is incredible and probably one of my favorite places we’ve stopped along all our journeys. The service was warm and friendly upon arrival. The park is clean, not a single thing out of place or a piece of trash to be found. The retro trailers are incredible. Truly artwork! Next time we will stay in one of the campers. The showers are in a custom made trailer converted to bathhouse and look like a 5 star resort. Waypoint has had a lot of love and thought put into it and you can feel it. Smores, hot Apple cider provided every evening to use at the communal fire pits! Snack in the morning.
Waypoint is not an RV park, which is a good thing! We travel in a camper van and try to avoid RV parks because of all the large RVs and the lifestyle that comes with that. We’ve had multiple trailers before including a 40 ft trailer before but we didn’t enjoy the lifestyle. We just aren’t into loud music, custom golf carts, stuff everywhere.. the whole deal. Waypoint byo trailer is limited to retro campers and vans so there isn’t any of the traditional RV vibe here. The airstreams here were beautiful and made us miss our Flying Cloud. I saw a Tommy Bahama edition, safari, and international. All very cool!

“It's a fun, off-grid place to stay in an airstream. There's about 9 rigs on the property, but each unit feels very private. There are tables scattered around on the property to relax outside. They offer a corn hole game, bike rentals, and a large wagon to carry luggage. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. And the sheets are the softest, most inviting I've slept on! Wish I'd gotten the brand!”

“Just book the stay, you won’t regret it! This hotel is our family’s favorite hotel in Ventura. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and downtown. There is park across the street that my kids love to play at. Parking, breakfast and happy hour are all included with the very affordable price. We have been staying here for years and have always had a wonderful experience.”

“We loved our stay at the Hummingbird! The property is stylish and updated and the location was convenient. In the room, the furnishings were very comfortable but we found it a little dark (our room was on the first floor and didn't get much natural light due to the privacy fence on the patio) and the bathrooms are very simple, we would have appreciated an updated shower. We loved the common living room and the pool. You could walk to town but we found it easier/more pleasant to drive or take the hotel bikes. Loved the staff - friendly and had great suggestions.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Emerald iguana Inn. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The view from the main room window was very tropical. Even though we drove into town frequently (grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and golf course) it is a very doable walk.
Our bathroom was small. There was really nowhere to put both of our personal bags. It did have a great shower.
It would’ve been nice to have a fan in the main room. We really didn’t need the air conditioner….we just needed air movement. We tried opening our door, but the fountain in the entry area was quite loud so we weren’t able to keep the door open..
The parking area is not paved. So our car did get dirty.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Inn for an enjoyable stay in Ojai.”
“The Crystal Lodge is truly a gem when you are considering staying in Ventura. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Pier. The rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. What sets this place apart is the customer service and hospitality. Neil at the front desk was wonderful and and a great source for recommendations and advice. We can’t wait to stay here again!”

My girlfriend and I can’t get enough of this place from the pool to the amenities and free bikes for biking around town have been amazing. “We had such a nice stay at this cozy inn with our pupper ?. They were so kind and helpful to add an additional night to our stay even though it involved some rearranging. I loved the jacuzzi tub, and how close it is to downtown (farmer’s market yo!)”
“My girlfriend is employed there at Ojai Valley Inn. And it was.there annual associate of the year party. It was a very nice gathering of employees and there families and friends. A good time for all. Good food, good music, good people.”

It was leased by behavioral health for the next 2 years. This program started in December of 2024. They no longer operate as a motel to the public.”

“Jimmy at check-in was very helpful and pleasant, and very accommodating. The Security gentleman was very kind and we felt very safe, we saw him making his rounds all around the Hotel. Excellent location close to the beach. Hotel is very clean and very quiet we stayed on the 4th floor with a good view. Housekeepers were very attentive. The food was delicious even though it took a lil while to get our food but that's understandable. It was a lot of guest. The only downside was the $16 parking fee. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.”

“Had a great time here at the Crowne Plaza. The restaurant was very good, bar was fun, and the staff was all super cool. The horrible, fluctuating water pressure in the shower, and dirty windows would be my only complaints. You cannot see outside the windows at all, you have to open the door to see outside. Overall though, my wife and I had a great time.”

“The only issue is that the walls are thin ... and the rooms are set up as mirror opposites of one another. And if the guests in the next room are inconsiderate, continuously colliding with the wall. And you're double screwed when they have an undisciplined small child and a crying infant.It's a non-stop sideshow!!On the positive side staff is very friendly, the rooms are large and recently remodeled .Rooms: Clean and recently remodeled.Noteworthy details: The woman who checked me in and out ... Has set the standard ... Absolutely ? genuine and good attitude ... Smile ?”

“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. The room rate was reasonable and in line with the average pricing for this area.
In addition, Be sure to check your card account to make sure you receive your deposit back and that you aren’t charged for someone else’s deposit. I was charged a deposit for another guest’s room. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything the front desk could do at the time, and I was told I’d have to wait for the credit to be returned.
I wasn’t necessarily looking for an apology for the mistake itself, but I believe professional courtesy should have included an apology for the inconvenience.”

“This place is okay, simple, old like a vintage furniture inside. Our stayed there was okay and not that bad.
The woman at the frontdesk is not rude to us, she threat us Nicely. At first, I thought she was gonna be Rude to us but She is Not Rude to us.
She just kind of strict and mean, but we talked to her nicely and calmly. And She threat us back professionaly and we don't have any problem with the assistance.
The Room is just little space but its okay for a little moment for Resting.
The day we check in was quiet but in the middle of the night there are some customers are fighting & yelling each other but its okay for us because we just stayed there for 1 night.
It's all good, the Shower room is clean also, and the toilet.
The price is not bad just for a place for resting in a bit. The view is nice also. Tha weather at night is cool and perfect...
I like the cheap price of the deal. This is the cheapest place that I booked in.. I can recommend this place also.”

“I got a room at this hotel last minute, and ended up staying for 3 days. The rooms were spacious really comfortable and very clean. Quiet place and customer service was very helpful and friendly. They have some breakfast food items and coffee in the office in the morning which is great. Would definitely stay there again!”
