“Wow this place is cool. I was expecting a thrift store, but lots of it is brand new, apparently it all was all from various TV or movie sets at some point. Anything from $5 shirts to brand new designer clothes (but at a huge discount). Lots of interesting things to look through, thanks! We'll definitely be back next time we visit. Very refreshing compared to some other stores here with $300 pair of shorts or places that only sell beachy touristy things that say oceanside.”

“/25 This location continue to have a crazy assortment. Well staffed. 4 Loss Prevention on site. Only thing that's a little rough is the AC never works. So it's always muggy. Especially when it's busy and there is a crowd. The store gets hit hard, so it's a little messy. Pants and clothes are on the floor but it makes it fun like a treasure hunt!
This is one of the better Ross's in San Diego! Every location by geographic have different merchandise. This location is located in the same major shopping center with Target , Gamestop , Below 5. It's nice because everything is here. So definitely stop at Ross! You will find something for every different family member. This location is definitely stocked up. From Jewlery, sun glasses and one of the biggest women and Men clothing. Double the racks! Dressing room is nice. Employees working in that area super nice! It also has a security gaurd at the door greeting you. Which is nice. Feel safe during shoping. I checked the receipt for the cashier who helped us. It was so refreshing and nice to have met her. She greeted us and was genuinely happy! It makes you feel good about our purchase. You don't see that anymore. I only have the associate number. So PLEASE give her assoc: 105335 the kudos she deserves! She is a great example of exceptional customer service! ?”

“My husband and I shopped in the Oceanside location when we were remodeling our house, and we were always treated with courtesy and professionalism, with patience and good ideas, even when we had large returns (which having been a retail sales manager myself I know is not a welcome experience, because it hurts the day's performance and negates any bonus that may have been made on that sale, though I don't know if Lamps Plus has its sales people on a commission basis: our sales people never acted like they were, if they were, if you know what I mean). When my husband passed away, I comforted myself with several beautiful new lamps from this store. I had to move across country about 2 years ago, and recently moved into a new apartment which can be quite dim. I had given a beautiful torchiere--one of my comfort purchases--to my son when I moved from California, and wished I still had it, because it can be dialed from soft, low light to brilliantly bright light, for any mood or purpose--it could light up my entire floor plan when I needed it to. Then I realized I could call Lamps Plus in Oceanside and have it shipped. Even though I'm 3000 miles away, I'd still rather give them my business. They were happy to help me and while they did not have it in stock in their store, it shipped it out quickly from a warehouse. Unfortunately, one day after I assembled it, it shorted out. I'm not sure what caused it and I don't want to blame the lamp, but once again, the team in Oceanside were kind and helpful. After some troubleshooting questions, they got me in touch with their returns department, which promptly sent out a free return shipping label and instructions (of course, I could have returned it to a Lamps Plus location, but there isn't one anywhere near me, so in my case it had to be shipped back). I ordered a replacement torchiere (which is working beautifully, thank you) and used its box to ship back the malfunctioning lamp, and within 24 hours of it arriving at the return center, I received a full credit, including shipping, to my account. I think Lamps Plus is a really good company, and my experience with this particular store has always been very rewarding.”
