“I was recently given an iPhone and had to transfer over all my information from my android. I came on my lunch break thinking I could get it done quickly. Wrong. I decided to leave my phone there while it updated and pick it after work. I came around 8:30 and was greeted by Jackie. She retrieved my phone from the back and gave me the bad news. Nothing had transferred over. She suggested I try an app and do it on my own. I told her the sad truth. I am not a tech savvy person. So naturally she offered her help. Cut to about 40 minutes later(it's after closing now) and this very kind, very patient young woman is STILL trying to transfer my stuff over. At this point, I had resigned myself to thinking it was a lost cause. And then, just when I had lost all hope, I hear Jackie say, "Man, I impress myself sometimes." She f****** did it! As I mentioned before, I am not a tech savvy person, so I have no clue what she did or how she did it, but boy oh boy, was I grateful. Between her knowledge, determination, and positive attitude Jackie made this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Thank you Jackie!”

“The fix at Ontario mills is by far the best place to get your phone fixed. My iPhone 15 pro max was completely blacked out after I had dropped and cracked the screen. Instead of charging for unnecessary things like other phone stores. They gave me an honest and the best price in all of
