βThe car wash is clean, it is open 24 hours. It does a good wash and offers a subscription package. Wash your car daily if you choose. There is room to dry, but no vacuum offering.β

βFor the longest time I had stopped shopping at this specific location! The reason were two employees: one morning female cashier and one afternoon male cashier. These two employees were the utmost disrespectful, unprofessional, petty, and completely out of line in the work area, as clerks representing a company, in this case Arco. Now, the AMPM/Arco gas station is one of my favorite go to gas stations/ quick convenient stores, why you may wonder:1. UNBEATABLE PRICES, both in gasoline and goodies!2. VARIETY, this is one of the most underrated quick marts! In all honesty ARCO/AMPM, has more variety, better prices and the stores are bigger and cleaner than our beloved 7/11!3. Although the AM/PM app needs a little polishing, if you are savvy enough and if you have enough patience and data, you will be able to score pretty awesome bargains!On the flip side, and this is in general, something that I've seen in ALL ARCO/AMPM: One of THE WORST guest service standards, THE LOWEST customer satisfaction shopping experience, THE MOST TERRIBLE employees customer service training. Which in turn, I'd much rather pay higher gas prices, shop at way smaller stores but at least leave the store without ANY bad experience, for instance, many times I simply go to Chevron or Shell instead of Arco.However this has changed thanks to the graveyard shift female cashier here! Danielle is one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time period. Funny, no nonsense, professional, accommodating, immaculate store, fast accurate service, friendly yet firm.Utterly refreshing!Keep up the good work!If you get a chance, please visit this gas station and please let me know what your thoughts are! I know you will most likely agree with my review.I guarantee it!;)β

βThis pharmacy has provided my husband and I with the most efficient drugstore experience we've ever had. Several times now, we have received texts ten minutes after the pharmacy received our prescriptions letting us know that our prescription was ready for pickup. When one of my prescriptions was no longer being covered by my insurance, the pharmacists asked me if they'd like them to contact my doctor for a replacement prescription and then had that new prescription ready to go just a few minutes later. I am so pleased with the service we receive here!β
βat place to stop in and pick up a cold one, or fine liquor if you will. The place is kept nice and clean, and well stocked with all the things you need for a quick snack. The place has been completely redone. Thay have the lotto there and quick picks if thats what you desire. The coolers are stocked with almost every beverage you can think of. Plenty of parking around there.β

βI remember 7-11 since I was a kid in Orange County back in the 1960s. Sorry to see that the founder passed away recently (in his 90s), but he left a tremendous legacy.Today, I see 7-11 corporate and franchise stores constantly evolving their merchandise, much more than in the past. But again, technology and the 'information age' paved this evolution (along with Sam Walton, Walmart founder).One 'critical' remark to make regards franchise stores. There is a consistent issue of cleanliness both inside and outside.(1) Coffee Bars, Soda Bars, and self-serve food prep areas MUST be wiped-down constantly, morning - day - night.(2) Outside areas must be scrubbed, daily (or nightly).Some 7-11 locations look, well, "third-world," and they smell that way too.But overall, I look forward to stopping into a 7-11 location at least three times a week. Yes, Starbucks is nice, but they do not carry the 'selection' of a 7-11.β
βI have used this pharmacy for the last 4 years or so, the caring service is unmatched. The Pharmacists and all the techs are most kind and helpful. Never have they been inpatient or short, even during COVID. They really go above and beyond to do a great job. Thank you all so much for making pharmacy visits a positive experience for me and my family.β

βGot there just as it hit 1am(closing time) and the attendant was cleaning the store. And even though they're was a sign posted, and everything, he still allowed me to get my sandwich. Honestly I hold people like this in the highest regard. He could've easily said sorry we're closed, but he was legit/polite, and went above and beyond by helping me out. Even though he didn't have to. I didn't catch his name but, my man, Thank you so much!!!β

βJust once I want to walk into a 7-Eleven where all the drink flavors are working. Something is always out of order, and this 7-Eveven didn't disappoint. I don't know what flavor it was, but one of the soda flavors had an out of order sign on it. With that, this 7-Eleven is much cleaner than the others in the area. Granted, it's newer, but it's nice to see that someone might be actually taking care of it. While I didn't get any hot food, it looked fairly fresh, which is also unlike a lot of 7-Elevens. The workers were very friendly. I'm so happy when they remind me to enter my phone number to get the points. My last visit (to another 7-Eleven) my Slurpee was free! Gotta love it.β

βFrom the pharmacy to the store employees, all are great; however, your prices on both sides are too high. I'm elderly, chronic disability, on a fixed income and I love your store and have been going there for over 40 years. βI feel like this location cares about their patrons. I purchased gas this morning and paid $6.09 per gal. Near me the price was just raised to $6.49 per gal. What a difference.Thanks for caring and keeping your prices at a lower price.β

βIt's a little smaller Circle K than most as it's a little building between several gas pumps. It was fairly clean which was nice and had a lot of product crammed into the location. I also get a 32oz beverage and this visit they were offering a Big Reeces Bar for only $1 with a beverage purchase to I took advantage of that. The gas pumps are kind of slow, not sure why, but it didn't bother me much.β
