“Huge thanks to Graeme Sadler! I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet thanks to Graeme. He was extremely patient with all my questions and guided me in choosing two great pairs of shoes — one for long work shifts on my feet and another for weightlifting. As a non-native English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient, polite, and understanding he was while communicating with me. Although the color I wanted wasn't in stock, Graeme helped me navigate the website and gave me direct links to the exact shoes so I could easily order them online later. I really appreciate his knowledge and genuine kindness!”

“Jaime, at SUP California, was wonderful to do business with! I had been looking for a STARBOARD Sprint for flat water racing. I literally looked all over the country for one since there were no dealers close to me here in Kentucky. Other dealers who had them said they would only ship them by air. Jaime answered all of my (many) questions by email and phone. I got a very reasonable price on a new (previous year’s) model. Shipping from CA to KY is not cheap but Jaime worked it out for me to get a more reasonable shipping rate! My board arrived at the terminal in perfect condition . Excellent packaging. Jaime, thank you so much for a great buying experience!”

“Fleet feet’s reputation, and I was impressed with a member of their helpful staff, (Braydon) who spent time with a one on one personal evaluation foot technology screening. He answered all my questions, and based on the assessed results, even suggested certain shoes and models but was willing to bring out many others to compare and try on. He’s a runner himself so I felt confident in his suggestion. Ironically I ended up with a brand he suggested which confirmed it’s a brand I tend to lean towards, due to my specific foot type. The Fleet Feet 30 day guarantee assures me I can test it and be confident it performs perfectly for my needs.”

“As someone not raised with guns. I attended their introduction to firearms course, tested for my FSC, and made my first purchase here. I highly recommend this store, and have already started a second purchase. The staff here is fantastic, and not standoffish when it comes to answering questions from a laymen like myself. These guys have my future business.”

“It seems impossible that I've never left a review here. I'm angry now that I realize that is the case. This place was life changing. The owner knows what they are doing and has always found me fantastic shoes that are so comfortable to wear and that last against the extreme punishment I put them through since I am on my feet 40 hours a week for work. I cannot recommend them enough.”

And big shout out to Noah who helped me and got me on my way with some new bindings. Only snowboard shop I trust”

“I recently used the Pickleball paddle rental program where you checkout 3 paddles at a time over a period of 30 days for a deposit of $40 (plus tax); the deposit is a credit if you purchase a paddle from them within a year. I must have gone back at least 5 times to exchange out paddles. The staff was gracious, knowledgeable, and helped me refine my search where I purchased a great paddle for my style of play. One week after purchase, the manufacturer discounted my model. I called the store and they refunded me to the discounted price. If you are looking for a new Pickleball paddle, I would highly recommend you go to the store.!”

“Let me start by saying how much my family and I appreciate Katie’s help throughout the process. She showed us some options and we purchased what you see in the photo. They were so patient on holding on to the set till our yard was ready and now has been set in place. My kids and grandkids love this playground! I recommend Kidz Backyard in Rancho Cordova for anyone who’s interested in a sturdy and well built item. “I just wanted to respond to the review regarding the service given by Joel at Frank’s pro shop. I was the customer that was came back into the store when Mr. Sill was in the shop. The reason why a sign was left on the door was because Joel went out of his way to go get additional Vise interchangeable thumb inserts for my 6 bowling balls because he only had 2 in stock. That to me is providing customer service. Joel stated that it would take approximately 30 minutes so I just went next door to the Round Table pizza for a bite to eat. I came back approximately 40 minutes later and the customer was in the store at that time. As I walked to the counter I heard Joel say in a professional manner that he had to help me first because I was there first. I feel that the review Mr. Sill left was just his way of trying to get back at him. I showed up at a good time, there was no one in the store at the time so Joel said he could do the work on all of the balls for me that day which he did. I would definitely go back and recommend others to give the shop a try.”

“I saw a clearance item advertised on their website. There was an additional 20% off promo on top of that so I came to this location because they stocked the item I was looking for. I don't see many Big5 sales or coupons offered like in the past. Ever since these guys quit selling firearms things have really slowed down.”

“Do you know a NASCAR fan or are you a NASCAR fan? This is the perfect to shop for anything car racing related, specially NASCAR! We visited and shopped for the first time in September after our NASCAR fan son found this store on Google, we had the pleasure of meeting Jeanie and since then have shopped twice at this fantastic store. Jeanie has always taken the time to talk with us, she is very knowledgeable on anything Race car related! Our son can’t wait to be back in store to shop, Jeanie has many options on current and past seasons of nascar, from tshirts to diecast to memorabilia. This is your one stop shop for anything NASCAR!”

“We needed wide shoes for the kiddos and we shopped here for my children who loved the shoes and how they felt on feet. We grabbed 4 pairs of shoes and went back the next day to snag another pair we saw. They have a good variety of wide sizes for children. We got a good deal on the shoes as well they had some special going on for 4th of July weekend. It’s to bad the deals aren’t always available because shoes can get expensive. We spent around $350 for 5 pairs of shoes if they didn’t have the deals I would have been over $500 so I’m definitely grateful.”
