Between community pack-walks and her low cost monthly training videos (and group zooms!) we have seen a huge improvement with our reactive dog. It wasn't until we made the decision to do a half-day training where we really saw a difference.
Our dog was easily the spiciest dog there, and I felt so much shame and embarrassment at his first reaction at the group class. Tiffany's ability to create a welcoming judgement-free environment in which we could learn, practice, 'fail', and try again, gave me the space to really learn how to work through this with my dog: managing my own emotions to help him with his emotions. By the end of the day his body language was loose and comfortable, and the next pack walk we saw a difference. Previously, we trailed the group by 20+ yards; this time we walked side-by-side with another dog.
Tiffany (and Dwayne!) really set us up for success and helped to build a solid foundation between our dog and ourselves.

We use them exclusively for boarding, as they offer boarding with refresher training. This helps us, plus our dog responds well to mental stimulation. She is always healthy and happy when we pick her up.

2275 Myers St, OrovilleTHIS is the place! Ethan's is clean, with a cozy environment but has a porch if you like. The service was fantastic, very attentive and prompt. My family ordered 3 meals, that didn't take long to cook at all considering the place was a little over half full including the patio.
Hubby got the chicken fried steak, the portions overflowing. His food was hot seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I got the Sampler platter with blueberry pancakes. Bacon was crispy and the scrambled eggs that came with it were the BEST scrambled eggs I've ever had in my life! (I would love to learn their secret!)
My daughter got the carmel banana waffles, what a decadent treat!
Overall, presentation was lovely, atmosphere was great and their food tastes like it's been make with a whole lot of love. It's my new favorite spot for breakfast on town. Bravo Ethan's!!!

Long Creek Winery and Ranch

First of all the warm and gracious owners allowed me in even though they were setting up for an event!
This winery is located off Ward Road in Oroville. It's close to town yet you feel you are in the Country!
I think they have about 26 acres with a pond and make some delicious wines...including cabs...pinots..and sangiovose. They have a tasting room that is welcoming along with a larger area for events.
I bought the Cabernet Sauvignon and the owner was so kind he gave me some delicious mandarins they grow on the property !
I love the bridge and the cozy feel to the place. Family run! Although they don't have food or a wine club at this moment it is a great place to have a picnic with some exceptional places to enjoy the scenery!
It was a Great experience with good wines and family atmosphere ( love the cute dogs!).
Don't miss out on this place ( check their hours first). Bring a picnic basket and buy some of their wines and relax!

1898 Bird St, OrovilleVisited August 27th..always see my receipt. What a FANTASTIC find in Oroville! I came in here with my friend for dinner at 430pm ( when they open for dinner service). We were greeted by a nice lady and sat in a nice cool table. ( They are also open at 1130am to 3pm then dinner starting at 430pm) EVERYTHING was delicious! The chicken satay skewers were large and grilled perfectly. The coconut prawns were yummy as well. The plain noodle soup with onions and sprouts was huge and satisfying! We also tried their curry Thai puffs..different and very good! I cannot believe I haven't been here before...All THE FOOD was excellent - even the cucumber with onions and carrots was spot on! ARMANI was a very thoughtful and personable waiter - what an asset to the restaurant! The lady that started our service was sweet and kind as well ( her name is on the receipt). Although no beer or wine the jasmine tea was great! Loved the two iced Thai teas to go! Everything was so good and it was such a delightful surprise to find this unassuming restaurant with excellent food and service! I will definitely be back when in Oroville!! Ps...my fav new place in Oroville!

to Mike's, for taco Tuesday. It was our first visit. We played checkers while we ate (He won). The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Lots of interesting things on the walls to look at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be back!
