“I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”

I have to say in 25 years I managed to not damage my phone. This man was on time, assessed what needed to be done and said, " this should take about 30 minutes."This sounds strange as I write it, but handing your phone over to someone is a big deal! Mauricio handled my phone as if he understood my concern, and was finished in 20 minutes. Prompt, knowledgeable, careful and professional! What more can one ask for.....”

“I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World. The staff was really nice and helpful, and offered me a great price, and fixed it for me with 30 minutes. It works like brand new now. I am very pleased with the services. I will come again if I have any cell phone needs.”

“I only come to this store because of Rafael. He has always been so helpful and patient with answering my questions. He's also honest with his opinions. I came here with a broken phone and he helped set me up with a new phone and transferred my data to the new one. Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. If you ever need a phone or any help with Verizon, you need to go to this store and ask for Rafael.”
“A huge thank you to KAELYN and ALEJANDRA!! My phone's (Google Pixel 4) apparently getting phased out with the att tower upgrade (complete bs, but whatever), so one day it just stopped being able to receive or make calls. It was weird and frustrating to not be able to use my phone for phone purpose, while everything else still works fine.I went to a downtown location and they couldn't give me a solution beyond telling me to buy a newer phone. This store, at least, was able to troubleshoot it so I can use my phone for longer. How long? Who knows. But I'll enjoy this phone for as long as I can before I'm forced to upgrade it. I definitely feel like the staff here knows their craft more compared to the Downtown location. Once I tell them, they are immediately able to hone in on the issue being related to the IMEI number, then ALEJANDRA did her magic and got it working again. The one downtown called att support line, forced me to wait for almost two hours, without resolving anything. So huge props to the folks here!”

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”
“For someone who has switched carriers a number of times and is familiar with the overall process of it, this Cricket wireless is awesome (best value), and this particular location is very knowledgeable and quick to help you. Izzy (not sure how his name is spelled), helped me a couple of times already and was friendly and really fast. And to those who haven't tried Cricket Wireless, I have tried Mint, T-mobile, and AT&T, all of which I regretted within a month of usage. I am back to Cricket and very satisfied with the value it offers. I realized the massive discounts on a new iPhone 13 Pro with T-Mobile and AT&T actually weren't worth it was given expensive monthly charges. And T-Mobile gets no internet in certain places within San Francisco and Daly City.”

“Well, I'd trusted more this T-Mobile, than the one over here on Mission St. and the end of Ocean Avenue.I went here first, but this employee's are not attending pretty good if we ask for help. See, I has a problem with my Android phone, when I called someone I didn't ring the other phone, so, did shot off if wasn't connected.So, I had to go to the one from Daly City, they activated my phone two times. But the third time I had to do it myself, it takes time, but I am getting more practice. Maybe, I don't go there for help anymore. My phone is working pretty good now. Can you see some of my photos? We browsed the store that is filled with apple and non-apple products. It's a strange place to want to buy an IPad, but you can! On top of that, they've also got Bose products and a place to try them out. Pretty wide selection of items.”
