“YeaMac in Burlingame, California did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook Pro. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure the issue was fully identified and fixed correctly. It turned out the MacBook itself was defective, and if they hadn’t taken the time to thoroughly diagnose it, I would have ended up spending a lot more money unnecessarily.
They also upgraded my other Apple computer, and it’s working perfectly. Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care they put into their work, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future Apple product needs. Highly recommend!”

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them.
