Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan.One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this. I had expected Verizon to do better on the trade in part.Tori is excellent.. and her service is top.”
