Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star!
