The sales rep, a young black gentleman whose name is pronounced Parran(spelling is incorrect, sorry) was absolutely F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!!!!!! T-Mobile needs a thousand Parrans! He is very knowledgeable of the various plans and the pros and cons of each. His patience is unparalleled. We had so many question and he answered them all. While attending to us , he never failed to greet other customers when they entered the store. My wife then decided to purchase an iPhone 15+ for herself. We left the store as though it was Christmas again. I hope my handshake wasn't too firm. I was just ecstatic over the service I just received. It was great to see professionalism in a young person.
