“Zach at the Verizon store in Lafayette, California is an outstanding representative for Verizon. I’m 78 years old. I am not very savvy when it comes to new technology and I needed help with my YouTube and smart phone and when I walked in the door, Zach was so gracious. He walked over to me help me sit down and explain everything to me fixed all of the problems that was that were frustrating me at home And I’m ready to buy a new 17 style iPhone from Apple here at the Verizon store because Zach explained how affordable it is to get one and I’m still using my old Apple 12 generation phone but I think I’m gonna be coming in and getting a new 17 model because Zack is such a good sales person and an outstanding young man”

“My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”

“I came into this store on Friday 8/7/26 around 5:30pm or so. I was distraught! My Dad switched my phone from T-Mobile to his account with AT&T because I asked him to :) and that started the day before. He lives in TX and I think the rep out there was doing something shady but that’s a review for that store. Anyway, I was on hour 28 with no service to my iPhone, green bubbles for iMessages, just all the things were going wrong. Lamar was a gem, as soon as I walked in the door he was trying to help me. I was there so long he had to take his lunch and I was still on the phone with AT&T with no luck. Then Christian the manager steps in and he miraculously taps into my settings and fixes all the problems. Messages coming through, phone calls can be made, blue iMessages… just amazing! Thank you both so much for your assistance. I’ll be in soon for my upgrade :)”

“their delivery guy grabbed my cd player from me on monday afternoon, was in the shop tuesday & delivered back to my home on wednesday by 4pm. phenomenal turnaround time. repair estimate was a bit under the actual price, but not extravagant for the needed replacement part. do recommend & will definitely do repeat business with these excellent craftsmen in the near future.”
