“Mansoor was a huge help—very patient and polite throughout the entire process. He took his time assisting me with my upgrade and made sure everything was transferred smoothly from my old phone to the new one. He even double-checked that all my emails were set up and working perfectly.
I really appreciate how the team at this store goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s a completely different experience compared to some other Verizon stores, like Walnut Creek, where it often feels like they don’t have the time to assist you properly.

“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! “My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”

“A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”

“Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. He was patient, and perhaps most of all, he was a good listener. When we had what might be construed as silly questions, he immediately assured us that his purpose was to ensure that he met our needs, and he encouraged us to ask any and every question until we felt satisfied in making our decision to purchase the phones. We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. He was incredibly generous with his time, offering to have his technicians review photos and videos I sent, and thanks to his guidance, I was able to pinpoint the issue and figure out the best next steps.
What really impressed me was how helpful, kind, and responsive he was, even knowing I might not use their services this time around. That kind of integrity and support is rare.
