“My son just left here. Thank you so much for fixing his iPhone 12. He has been dealing with his phone not charging. He could charge it intermittently at best. Just finding out why he didn't take it to a iPhone business that fixes phones. He got ripped off 200.00 from a phone repair business in Walnut Creek previously. So he didn't want to try another repair business. Well today changed everything. The repairman fixed his problem in minutes. Gave him a complimentary fix too. Now my young adult son is back using it stress free. Thank you so much”

“The manager of this AT&T authorized retailer store, Alex, is incredible. I had a complex billing issue related to my switching my cell phone account from personal to corporate and back to personal (all with AT&T) only to leave and take my number to Verizon. Even though I no longer am an AT&T customer, he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which included making a couple calls to corporate, and I left having my issue fully and fairly resolved. He made the choice to help me when he didn't have to, since this isn't a corporate store, and I can't speak highly enough of Alex's professionalism and kind heart. This experience has me second guessing my decision to switch to Verizon!”

“I switched back to Verizon yesterday after being with AT&T for a little over a year. AT&T was a horrible experience from start to finish. Will never do that again. Augustine at the Verizon store was a dream come true he made the transition very easy even though it took two days to accomplish. AT&T made it very difficult. Augustine even set up my Verizon app on my phone. That was lovely. We also switched over our Internet off of AT&T to Verizon. This will be a new experience for us. I look forward to it. No more AT&T complications, drop calls, TV going out on a regular basis.”

“We to local T-Mobile store early Tues morning. There were about 4 customers ahead of me requesting assistance. One rep took everyone name down on a wait list. Shortly after several representatives were assisting a variety of customers. Noteworthy was Diego who help me ascertain whether I could add a SIM card and line to my iPad. We discussed several options and pricing scenarios. Diego was very knowledgeable and focused on what I was trying to achieve. Highly recommend T mobile in Walnut Creek for helping with your cellular service needs.”

Lucky for us, when we went in a couple of evenings ago, the store was very slow (we were literally the ONLY customers) and Mohammed, the nice gentleman who served us, took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed without rushing us, or making us feel stupid! LOL! We all know how complicated even the "simplest" of smart phone can be today, so it's real refreshing when someone like Mohammed can do his job so well, and with such a good attitude! I wish him the absolute best for his service he provided. Loyalty and honesty are NOT the same thing but you earn loyalty WiTH honesty.Ira solved my cell issues and worked with me, patient with me for a few hours. This experience far exceeded any prior.We had genuine conversation and instead of simply trying to make a sale he just DID his job! It's a DoG eat DoG world out there and most people will do anything to sell you crap u don't need but he didn't even try that with me. We both understood at that another location the man wanted to make a sale and did me wrong as a customer.
