“We could not be more thrilled with the result of our install. Wayne did a tremendous job understanding our specific needs. Blake did a great job creating our visual rendering, which was helpful for our plumber and electrician. Marisa was incredibly knowledgeable helping us select our surfaces, as well as scheduling Luis for the install.
A project like this is a serious investment, so why would you rely on a landscaper or general contractor who does this work “on the side”? I know now that picking a family-run business that is keenly focused on the user experience was worth every dollar spent. Check out the result!!”
“Erin at Valley Furniture is a pleasure to work with. We have purchased a sectional and 2 recliners over the past year and a half! Thank you for your help Erin! Don’t overlook this family owned local furniture store!”
“Kari and her team are exceptional to work with throughout my entire process. She helped me choose the color and communicated frequently through delivery. I could not be happier with the wine credenza.”
“We have bought a 6 person dining table, two accent chairs, one coffee table, one side table, two night stands, one day bed and one mattress from Mr Ho. I think all in all, two separate purchases and experience, we spent about $5k? Not too bad for very nice quality stuff and great customer service. Heading back there for a large sectional couch next!”
“What a lovely store & fun to visit this location in Livermore is very nice has so many wonderful items for your home & holiday definitely recommend this location check it out if you have not been here yet across from San Francisco Premium Outlets shopping center”
“Always friendly staff. Selection varies as it’s an outlet. We’ve purchased two couches, a coffee table, a sideboard and two chairs from the outlet and the experience has been positive every time. Their linen bed sheets are also a good deal.”
“I bought a pair of Skechers, in a hurry but in my size. Didn't fit right so I had to return them. No issues with the return. Clean store and the cashier was pleasant.”
“This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! Rock star team out here.”

“Robert Salkow was the store manager at the time assisting my husband and I. His knowledge of the mattresses was outstanding and he was very professional and helpful. Needless to say he sold us on a Helix mattress with all the fixings. I would highly recommend Livermore Mancini Sleep World. Doug and Janette Coffland”
