We had an incredible experience thanks to Ana at the Pleasanton location. She went above and beyond helping my husband and me transfer all of our information from our old phones to our new ones. She patiently answered every question we had and made sure everything was set up correctly before we left.

What really stood out was her dedication to customer service. Ana is about eight months pregnant and was still working incredibly hard to help customers. The store was scheduled to close within the hour, and she stayed focused on making sure we were completely taken care of.

We later realized she hadn't even had a chance to take her lunch because the store had been so busy. While our phones were transferring, she briefly grabbed something to eat in the back but still prioritized helping us.

She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant the entire time. Before assisting us, I even saw her handle a difficult customer with impressive composure and kindness.

Ana also helped us find the right phone solution for our daughter and walked us through the parental control options so we could make the best choices. She's extremely knowledgeable and suggestive. We ended up adding an additional line that works perfectly for our family.
