“This review is only for the leasing and tour experience as I haven't yet been accepted or moved in. My wife and I toured the property TWICE with Jessenia. Prior to our tours she was very communicative both over the phone and email. When we arrived yesterday she made us feel so welcome, took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions. We are making a big move so we contacted her this morning to ask if we could come back. She gave us a same day appointment and spent at least an hour with us today too. We hope to get accepted so we get to join the beautiful community that Vue seems to be.”

“My husband and I lived there for over two years and had a great experience. The only downside was the loud noise from the pool area, since our balcony faced the pool and people often partied there with speakers allowed. Keep that in mind if you need a quiet space. Other than that, we never had any issues with the apartment. Everything was fairly new, and the maintenance team was excellent.”

Attention to detail always shows. I would highly recommend to friends, family, and those looking for a calm and respectful environment.”
“Every detail we needed was delivered with a smile. Elements is such a warm welcoming place. Brianna and her team treated my family consistently with white glove service from the moment we met, through the rental process through move in! The grounds are beautiful, nicely groomed. The views are breathtaking! Each morning, and evening we were met with sea lions chatting away with each-other and the calming bell sound from the marina makes for an incredible vacation get away feel. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful way to end the day is to get a nice workout in at the gym, then take a dip in the heated pool! We feel so fortunate! Thanks Brianna and Elements!!”

“I’ve lived here for some time. It’s fairly quiet. My unit is in the perfect spot. When I’ve made request to get things fixed the manager Olivia has been prompt in getting it done. The trees covered the pool area and she was able to get them cut back. I’m hoping this will help with the pool being warmer this summer. My flooring needed repairs and things were taken care of almost instantly.”
“Stayed here for several months when I was living with my son. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly the staff is and how beautiful the sweeping ocean views are at sunset. Highly recommend renting here if you’re looking for affordable spacious living by the beach but don’t want to pay Santa Monica prices.”

“When I saw Farzan’s review I felt I needed to write a review… I tried to rent that unit a couple of years ago but was so repulsed by the carpet that I ended up going to a different building. A good friend of mine coincidentally rented this unit now that the landlord has replaced the carpet and I’m really disappointed that I was so turned off by the filth that I passed up on a great building. It’s clear that the landlord needed to replace the carpet, it was beyond help. I attached pictures from when I viewed the apartment right after this previous tenant left — the circles are clearly from dog urine.”

“The property and management are absolutely amazing. The managers are as fair as can be. Some tenants are sour spoiled and will find any reason to complain wherever they go. Some are satisfied knowing this is probably the best it can get. Anytime maintenance was needed, it was done. The property itself is maintained well regularly. Well worth renting if you’re looking to enjoy a beach apartment.”

“I moved in about a month ago and it was very smooth and Teresa the manager made everything so quick and easy i see some bad reviews but seems as everything has made a turn for the better Danielle the maintenance management is also amazing she is quick to get anything that is broken fixed in a very timely manner I’m glad I was able to find the Kensington apartments it’s very quiet and the pool and bbq area a plus laundry room is clean and cheap great location”

His approachability and willingness to directly address my concerns have been greatly appreciated. I am not a fan of these continues COVID-like policies but I feel they are finally moving in a right direction and I hope they will open up the office more”
