“I was born in San Francisco and have lived here a number of times. I always saw those cars but they seemed too tourist oriented. Coming back for a visit after 10 years and renting a GoCar to see the city was a lot of fun. My wife just laughed most of the time.
I recommend it as an option, if you have 3 hours to just hangout together and want a quick tour of the city.”

“Rented from them recently (summer 2024). I booked late (12 hours prior to rental) for a last minute trip to San Jose, and they accommodated me the best they could. I asked for a compact size sedan, but due to low stock that day and some cars with lingering cigarette smell inside, the service rep Tony was kind enough to offer me a clean truck to keep me from more waiting. Tony was very friendly. I would recommend renting from here and will do it again.”

I highly recommend this location and Wayne specifically. Another time I came there were a lot of customers ahead of me but today it was clear.”

“This is my go-to rental location. I usually book on the website and show up here for pick-up. It's always been a smooth experience. The staff are very helpful. I live nearby and its way more convenient that going to the airport. The timings are not 24*7 like the airport location and customers should be aware of the relatively limited selection - you tend to get EVs when you book late, but not a major inconvenience.”

Then after when I dropped off Roz helped me and she was very nice and friendly and very attentive to my needs! The cleaner needs a little work though for the cars, but all in all it wasn’t a bad experience, it was actually good!”
