“I stopped by the Sephora at Kohl’s today with no real expectations — I was pressed for time and just hoping to find a concealer and color corrector that actually worked for me. I’ve tried so many and kept running into the same problem: everything dried out around my eyes and nothing looked right. I was honestly frustrated.
Then I met Celia.
She greeted me right away, and from the moment she started helping me I felt completely at ease. She was friendly, calm, and patient — she gave off such a warm, safe energy that I actually felt comfortable opening up about what I needed. She listened carefully, had the testers ready to go (knowing I was in a rush), and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed at all.
She recommended the Kosas concealer and color corrector — a brand I’d never heard of — and it was exactly what I needed. Hydrating, blended beautifully, and looked so good around my eyes. She also took the time to explain the differences between concealers, which finally helped me understand why what I’d been using wasn’t working. That knowledge alone was worth the visit.
Celia is not just an employee — she is genuinely knowledgeable, passionate, and good at what she does. She made my whole day. To her managers and anyone reading this: she deserves to be recognized. People like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Celia! ?”
“Great holiday gift shopping at Nordstrom's with a price tag from affordable to not as affordable for me. Lol. No matter you'll always find fashion forward pieces from fav brands”
“The bodega bay beach, called salmon crerck.
This beach has one of the most beautiful sunsets in America, where in summer the sun sets at 8:30pm. This beach is part of the red triangle, where it has the largest concentration of white sharks on the planet, and it is also a beach for giant wave surfers in winter.”
“Sue who was working in the mens Levis department is AMAZING!!! Please give this Saint of a woman a raise. She dug around in the back found what I needed and was happy to do so with holiday cheer!”
“Ross Dress for Less is a reliable go to store in Santa Rosa when you want affordable clothing and home items without overpaying because you can browse a constantly changing selection of name brand apparel, shoes, accessories, and household goods at prices that are often far lower than traditional retail, making it easy for you to find work clothes, casual outfits, seasonal pieces, kids clothing, and everyday basics in one visit, while the store layout encourages quick scanning of racks and shelves so you can compare styles and prices efficiently, and even though it can get busy during peak hours the checkout lines usually move at a reasonable pace thanks to attentive staff, with frequent restocks that reward repeat visits since new items appear regularly, creating a shopping experience that feels practical and value focused, especially when you are trying to stretch your budget, replace essentials, or score unexpected deals on recognizable brands without sacrificing quality.”
“I genuinely applaud the staff for being so friendly and personable when I walked in ten minutes before closing with what can only be described as an unreasonable number of returns. After working a long shift in the absolute war zone that is back-to-school shopping season, no normal person should still have that much patience or kindness left by 10:00 p.m. on a Monday night. I was fully prepared to be hated on principle alone, but they couldn’t have been nicer.”
“Got some cool stuff on the third floor backstage things are up to 80% off can’t beat it.
Picked up that super cool hypoallergenic, sweat proof nice ball cap for 7.99”

“Good customer service. Lots of lovely women's clothing. Good prices. My ONLY complaint is regarding the MUSIC piped into the store. It is torture. I had been browsing and trying things on, chose 2 items ( which I did buy ) , and wanted to look at more , but the music just finally made me pay for my stuff and FLEE. Pleasant ambience is important when shopping . PLEASE get someone in there who understands this. I'm going to have to get noise canceling head phones before I go back.”
“The service of the Target was standard as in there was a lot of self checkouts and checkout lanes. I choose to use self checkout although either lane works. The selection was slightly outdated as the toys were from a couple months ago and the cds some were from years ago. Although considering the history of the mall the products probably had a difficult time being sold. Although considering safety I believe the area was very sketchy. The value I did get a nice movie for $10. Alongside some cosmetic and household items.”

“Absolutely love this place! They always have a fantastic selection of home goods and trendy clothes at unbeatable prices. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and I leave with something special every time!”
“I like going to Target more than the other stores that don't usually have what I'm looking for and the prices are better. Target is always clean and organized great. If you need help with something and if one employee is busy with another customer they will call someone else to help you. It's a pleasant store to shop at.”
“Usually a great place, good finds, esp for organizing; there are always lots of nice blankets and toys and HomeGoods. I especially love the heated throw blankets they have during the fall.”

“I’m happy to share that my recent visit to this Macy’s was a genuinely positive experience. My last trip had been a bit underwhelming, but this time the store felt refreshed—there were more staff available to assist, some fantastic sales, and a wide variety of merchandise to explore.
You don’t see many multi-level department stores anymore, so riding the escalator up to the third floor was fun for my granddaughter. We were shopping for her birthday, and I was also browsing for a new sofa. I have to say, the service in the furniture department was positive, friendly, and truly helpful.
Overall, this visit restored my appreciation for Macy’s, and we left feeling impressed with the experience.”
“Thank you so much her costumer service to 100 % cause she was a really good listener to what ever I need it really thank you so much I felt at home with her nice treatment”

“First time at this location and unfortunately they didn't have the yarn I was looking for. That said, I was greeted by a lovely lady who knew exactly where to direct me. So, with that, I wouldn't hesitate to try again in the future because typically they do carry what I was looking for.”
