“The Trader Joe's in Folsom is incredibly busy any time of the day...every day of the week...yet the staff remains helpful, great attitudes and actually have smiles on their faces! Just wish there was one closer to Cameron Park!”
“There's a lot of ways to spell Kobe, it could be (Cobie, Kobey, Kobie, Cobe, or Kobe) I should have asked. Anyway I hope one of those ways is right. I called in asking about whether they carried tripe and a handful of other ingredients I needed for a soup. The customer service I received on the phone was unmatched.
I'm leaving this review, because I think Kobe needs recognition for all of the extra effort and incredible customers service he offered! I am very appreciative!
My phone call with him was less than 4 minutes long and he picked up immediately and most of it was me talking and him listening carefully to all of the things I was looking for! Incredible and efficient service! Man needs a raise!!!!! I hope this gets to his supervisor or bosses. He is at the blue oaks location!”
“My daughter and I visit about once a month, and always find something new to explore and try. Very well organized and just a lot of fun and environmentally friendly products, from laundry items to food, like granola and pasta. Check the website for updates hours, since they sometimes change, especially during holiday weeks. One of our favorite stores in the region.”

“I cheated on this Costco with the new one on Baseline Rd. Big regerts. Getting in and out of this parking lot isn't my favorite thing to do, but it sure beats a trip to India that I didn't ask for. Good selection, nice employees, Roseville vibes. Never change.”
“First time I visited this store today, looking for TJ speculoos cookies, cashier helped me find it I was so thankful. Got home ate the quiche broccoli cheddar I got it was awesome quick snack. Looked at my receipt, double charged for trail mix crackers $3.49. She did not put 2 qty, she swiped the item twice. I was so disappointed. Contemplated should I go back drive out again for 6.5 miles. I said nah, that is my donation to you Trader Joe's. Trans 15243, Date today 2/22/2016, 15:46; store 0070, Till 1. I was really bummed, life this hard $3.49 matters.”

They have soooo many healthy food options! They also have a lot of vegetarian food options! I love all the fruit and veggies powders they sell! They also sell protein drinks for $1.99, which are normally sold for $4.99 in other stores!

“AMAZING Customer service from Allison, Christian and Hunter!
This past Sunday I had the BEST experience from these 3; started with the warm and energetic greeting from Hunter at the Spicy Popcorn tasting to the helpful explanation and recommendations from Christian in the deli dept; topped with the EXCEPTIONAL leadership from Allison when there was a slight error in pricing.
Overall, this team made my extremely loooong and taxing day, as I taking care of people for 8hrs prior to stopping in, FABULOUS!

“I want to give shout out to Crystal from deli meat department, I requested her to change her gloves for religious reasons and she went above and beyond to give customer service to me. Not only she cleaned the entire meat cutting machine; she opened new chicken since previous one sat on that machine that cut ham. Safeway please retain these kind of employees who not only provide the best customer service but also show respect towards the culture needs of customers. In spite of being alone at the counter on Friday evening, she had smile on her face and the right attitude in her voice. Crystal should be employee of the month!”

“This is my local grocery store and I shop here a few times a week. The employees are friendly without feeling weird and fake. I especially appreciate Ines in the deli section. “It's a little far from my house, but it's a very spacious, clean store with a wide selection of products.
I only buy a few items, so having a self-checkout is very helpful.
Sometimes it's fun to talk to the cashier, but in many places the attitude of the cashier is very different between customers who buy only a few items and customers who buy a whole shopping cart, which can be unpleasant. However, here, it's a self-service cashier, so it's stress-free.
So, even though it's a little far from home, I started coming here.”

“I love this place. My favorite thing is the Taboon Flat bread. Its crispy and soft when heated in a skillet. I also make pizza on it. A little olive oil, favorite toppings, and 10-12 minutes in a 450 oven, Delish!!! Great place to stop for an assortment of vegtable. There is not a huge varity but everything is much fresher then the grocery store.”

“New owner/manager has improved this mom & pop mini mart so much, offering friendly customer service & will order things they don't usually carry if you ask. I often walk my grandsons down there for a quick treat.They used to act like customers didn't exist. They'd talk to each other (often in another language, which can be awkward), or on the phone, or watch TV while checking you out.”

“Late evening at the Safeway in Roseville. Fewer shoppers, quiet music, carts moving slowly across the floor. The produce section looked freshly arranged and the bakery smelled warm. I walked through the aisles without rushing and found everything I needed. Sometimes a grocery store visit is just a peaceful pause in the middle of a busy day.”
