Got into an accident that did some damage to the front of my car. Having recently moved here, I luckily found Trino's Auto Body and was able to bring my car in for assessment the same day of the accident.
Jonathan was very professional and gave a very detailed assessment and pointed out all damages along with a quote for replacement parts and labor so there were no surprises. He was able to get some parts discounted and all the parts arrived in 2-3 days.
A little under 2 weeks after dropping off my car, the repairs were finished and my car appeared good as new. Paint job was immaculate and they even helped clean the interior that I was not expecting. Would definitely recommend Trino's Auto Body!”

“Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.”
“We have used DBP several times and each time our vehicles have come back looking like new. Their estimates are specific and any changes cleared via phone immediately. Estimated time of repairs has always been right on. They work well with our insurance company and facilitate a rental car pickup at their shop. This time we dealt with Alex and everything went off without a hitch. We did a combo of insurance work and private pay work on our 2012 4Runner and now it looks brand new. “THEE best location to trust with your vehicle. The manager Carlos is extremely kind and professional, his team in the office was lovely as well! My writer Thomas made the process easy to understand and was very helpful. They contacted me with daily updates. I have a Honda Civic and rear ended a car. I scraped up my front bumper and cracked my headlight, the team in the shop was great and fixed it up quickly. The detailer Daniel is amazing at his job, he went above and beyond and he's so fine!!? He polished my bumper/headlights and even replaced a missing lug nut on my tire too. I've never had my car cleaned soo nice and organized! “I dropped by Sac Collision Center and asked if they were able to reattach two letters that fell off of the emblem on the back hatch of my car. Rudy was so helpful and reattached them and wouldn’t except payment for it. I felt like I was home and he was a neighbor helping me out.

“I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. “We had such a great experience at Rack N Road. Our skybox broke, and their team went above and beyond to help us.
They helped us get the box open, walked us thru the warranty process, and handled filing the claim. They didn’t just submit the paperwork— they went to bat for us and communicated with the manufacturer directly on our behalf!
When the replacement arrived, they installed the new box and took time to teach us how to install and uninstall it ourselves. They also offered helpful tips and tricks for keeping the box securely attached to the roof rack, which gave us more confidence and peace of mind for when we use this on our next road trip.
Every employee we interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative. They kept us updated clearly and often while we waited to hear back from the manufacturer, which was so appreciated.
