Got into an accident that did some damage to the front of my car. Having recently moved here, I luckily found Trino's Auto Body and was able to bring my car in for assessment the same day of the accident.
Jonathan was very professional and gave a very detailed assessment and pointed out all damages along with a quote for replacement parts and labor so there were no surprises. He was able to get some parts discounted and all the parts arrived in 2-3 days.
A little under 2 weeks after dropping off my car, the repairs were finished and my car appeared good as new. Paint job was immaculate and they even helped clean the interior that I was not expecting. Would definitely recommend Trino's Auto Body!”

They helped us get the box open, walked us thru the warranty process, and handled filing the claim. They didn’t just submit the paperwork— they went to bat for us and communicated with the manufacturer directly on our behalf!
When the replacement arrived, they installed the new box and took time to teach us how to install and uninstall it ourselves. They also offered helpful tips and tricks for keeping the box securely attached to the roof rack, which gave us more confidence and peace of mind for when we use this on our next road trip.
