“Desert industries is pretty big store. You can spend a few hours in there. Have shopping carts. Lots of parking air condition furniture today. I went over there on July 2nd and I got me some really nice Christmas decorations. I know it's early but they were very nice. Very expensive looking but they got some pretty nice things in there. Very good service”
“I visited today for a random outing and was so happy I made the drive. It's a small shop but has a great selection, including plus sizes! It's always a hit or miss with finding plus sizes that aren't mixed with everything else or just not good quality. They had all kinds of brands and the racks are organized by sizes so they're easy to look through. The home goods were a decent selection but the clothes are definitely the winner here.”
“The staff is always friendly and efficient. There are good quality collectable dishes and ornaments and other good stuff is often found and their prices are low.
I dropped an earing today and called them to see if it was there, the person who answered the call was so caring, she looked around but although unfortunatelly it was not found yet her attitude was A++”

“Employees do a great job of keeping it clean. Sadly Employees had their hours cut and now can’t afford to feed their families. Goodwill is awful to work at which is the opposite of their proclaimed mission. If you’re considering donating here I would look for alternatives. For a place that gets all its merchandise for free and does very little for the community in return besides employ people you’d think they’d manage to give people consistent hours.”

“Very quaint shop with a nice variety of high and low end items for most every budget. Some items are priced as high of higher than retail, but all in all, they have nice furniture and things for nearly any taste. Enjoy seeing the nice variety.”
“This is a hit or miss kind of place. Sometimes you find wonderful stuff, and sometimes it's overpriced crap. But.. they sell makeup! I Love buying high-end makeup here and always pick up some for my daughter in law's stockings. The workers here are super nice. Worth a stop!”

“This was an unscheduled stop and shop for me.. and my first time in this particular GOODWILL store in a long time. It was very clean, organized, well lit, and the STAFF... Mike and the young lady Kiesha, who was the Cased Jewelry Assistant, were exceptional. Despite my rush, (appt soon after), I was making decisions quickly and rushing about a bit... Mike took the time to inform me of certain sale prices and how the store utilized tags and pricing to assist customers in finding deals on items they were searching for. What a pleasant and helpful staff experience from start to finish. I will be returning, better prepared, VERY soon. The items are priced to sell. The staff are kind and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. You can LOOK, TOUCH, and SHOP in a pleasant and open environment. HOME RUN at this location GOODWILL! 100% A GREAT EXPERIENCE in every possible way!!!”

“This place has a lot of nice things. Alot of nice antiques including dishes. Last time I went 2 this goodwill store I purchased some nice antique China & a German Stein that's 140 yes old, & got it for a really good price, & when I went just recently i purchased a nice summer top, & sweat pants. So if anybody looking for a goodwill with reasonable prices, & good quality. AI would recommend this goodwill in Downtown sac.”

“I know and love this place!! I used to live nearby(years ago). The people who own this are super nice as well. Haven't visited in a while but I can say I will be back. She's really good at helping me pick out clothes and I'm always open to suggestions. I've never walked out of here with something I wouldn't wear and the prices you can't beat either!! Go to any other thrift store and you'll pay more. If I'm ever thrifting again I'd suggest going here before anywhere else.”

“Is it nice well lit place that has lots of merchandise and lots of parking the staff is really friendly too, so if you need a good deal shop there first they might not have what you want but then again if they do, why not save some money?”
“A clean, friendly store. Look for the sale tags (they are little shapes punched out of the tag) and when I dropped by, they had a special where you got to spin a wheel if you spend more than $20. I won a cute little coin purse. The organization of the clothes is a little confusing so be prepared to kind of sift through the clothing areas because it's not necessarily by clothing type or size. Overall, a great place for a bargain.”
“Love this place. The clothing choices are phenomenal. Plenty of everything you can think of to wear is there. The store I would say is 70% clothing. They just have rows and rows and rows of clothing! Some things have stains of course but you can find some good things there if you take your time and really look. Great sales also. Friendly staff as well. They have women's men's and children's clothing. They also have a pretty good shoe selection. And the parking lot is huge so you don't have to worry about parking.”
“Over priced! Tags from the original store are cheaper than what goodwill prices the items. You can talk to a manager and the manager will give you an over ride and cheaper price.”
“Recently they re organized the store from inside , way more stuff and neat. The selection is large here, it is way more organized than previous times I've come. Restrooms for customers only, from what employee mentioned. The parking area is large, not hard finding a spot. Heads up there is homeless loitering in the College Square plaza. They tend to hang out in front of store. Otherwise great prices and finds.”

“Love the variety of different merchandise, clothes, shoes, purses, miscellaneous items, kitchen items, art, crafts, boutique, blankets, houseware,baby items, electronics, radios, phone chargers, computer items, women's , men, children Clothing, shoes, etc there are always new, great thrifty items arriving daily , if you need something they probably have it. Except for furniture like couches, beds, tables not Many there or they don't carry it much. They have clean restrooms, changing rooms, great customer service, and friendly staff , self checkout, no more cashiers, they help you if you need help. it can be a little confusing at first but the more you use the checkout it becomes more easier to manage.So great store to shop!! Definitely recommend!! Eco thriff store Rocks!!”
“I love Goodwill. My husband can't even go into second-hand shops or antique stores; he gets fixated and starts scratching himself. This place was really clean. I can't even touch second-hand clothes, but the cleanliness of the clothes really caught my attention. The clothing sections also smelled wonderful. I congratulate the staff on the cleanliness of the store. One person's trash is another's treasure. I absolutely loved a tiny wooden object with little drawers that I found here yesterday. Some of these objects I bought will come with me to Istanbul after my vacation. I love items with a story and history. Their story will continue in Istanbul 🥰♥”

“Great place to find items at prices you will never find anywhere else. Customer assistance and satisfaction are not on every employee's list but it is all about the customer. Now that they play classic rock instead of that horrible rap, shopping has been made soothing. But whatever you buy, "shopper beware" most items are donated.”

“This place is a gem. Sometimes they dont rotate the bins for a long while but 1 employee always does his best to put out the bins in a timely manner. Terry is a nice hard working guy, I always see him doing his job with a smile which is rare now a days. I don't know who reads reviews but Terry if you see this, your a special human. “Not only is this a well stocked thrift store, the funds go to a good cause. Quality brands are mixed in with run of the mill brands. I was able to get 2 cute blouses for $16. I will definitely shop here again- people are really nice that work here!”
