“replaced 2 Stressless Recliner chairs with 1 Flexsteel Score Leather Loveseat Recliner. So much more comfortable and smaller footprint in master bedroom. Owners Julie and Ira was easy, professional and we were able to zone in on a perfect choice for us. They are very knowledgeable, honest and five star ***** in customer service. Bedroom Express made our loveseat sofa purchase an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.”

“Our experience with Mancini’s was effortless. We walked in, told them what we were looking for and our budget, and were shown samples to try. We decided on a slightly higher than our budget mattress but they looked to see if there was a mattress that had a cosmetic flaw which they did so we were able to get a discount. After that, it was 1,2,3 and out the door! Delivery guys were excellent too!”

“We bought a beautiful Canadel dining table at House of Values 10 years ago. They had the best service AND best prices of anywhere we checked, even after adding the cost to ship it down to Santa Barbara. We love the table and it has held up well. Now 10 years later, the table got damaged. (By lightning: long story!) Marisa at House of Values has been invaluable in helping us with repair options, from replacing the whole table, to replacing only the top, to sourcing some of the (now retired) stain color so that I could refinish it myself. As another review said, they punch way above their weight. Basically, House of Values rocks! Highly recommended.”

“Me and my husband truly enjoyed the experience buying a mattress with Sleep Haven Bedding. The representative Mac ( not sure if he’s the staff or the owner) was very patient and generous! He taught us how to keep the warranty which neither the retailers nor the mattress stores had mentioned to us! He also offered some bonus that can really reduce the hassle on our end! I haven’t wrote a Google review for years, and I decided to write one to appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity. Highly recommend their services!”

“It was a pleasure working with Neal on our wallbed order, he was friendly and knowledgeable, showed us different options. It took me only my lunch break to discuss all options and have an estimate. The order delivery timeline was exactly as discussed during the order placing. I recommend Wallbeds 'n' More for anyone looking for Murphy bed options.”

“THIS IS THE BEST FURNITURE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN 25 YEARS! I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS STORE!! NOW, THIS IS HIGH-END QUALITY FOLKS & YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, AT ALL;-) !!! LOOK NO MORE, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR TOP QUALITY AND AMERICAN-MADE AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS. THIS IS A REAL FURNITURE STORE, THAT STILL MAKES ITS FURNITURE OUT OF REAL WOOD. NOT CARDBOARD LIKE Ashley Furniture, which is pure trash! After having a very bad experience with Ashley in Colma, CA, I found these diamond in a ruff;-)!Semi was absolutely amazing and her customer service skills were awesome! We laughed and browsed around and picked out a new beautiful fabric of my choice for my new sectional. I AM GETTING MY 1ST CUSTOM-MADE SECTIONAL HERE AND I AM SO EXCITED;-)! I spent a few hours here and Semi and I had 1-on-1 time together, it was extremely delightful and professional. I came at the best time and I had her all to myself. This furniture store has a deep and rich history here in the city and has been around for over 20 + years. I remember when it was in the city. I am a native here. I am paying $500 to $600 more than I paid at Ashely's but, IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I don't care about the price when I am happy and the quality is great!!! The prices are reasonable for the high quality you are buying. I can not wait for it to be delivered in 4 weeks. I will be back with an update. Thank you Semi you were a rock star;-)!”

“I had the best experience working with this store! I wanted 8 vases that were discontinued. Mark Cadienti took my order and looked all over the country to ensure I received my 8 vases. They arrived well packed and timely. Thank you Mark! I will definitely return to Ar Haus for further decor items!!”

“I like this furniture store as much as I like Macy's in general. They sell all kinds of furniture from dining tables to bedroom sets and sectionals. People who work here are friendly and are interested to make a sale. Another reason why I like the store is there area rugs section and mattress section. Both have great choices to choose from. Prices in the store are not the lowest but are not the highest in the Bay area. Highly recommended.”

“I had such a great experience with Steve at this furniture store. The store was already closing and he was getting ready to go home, but he still turned the lights back on for us and welcomed us in without any hesitation. We found something we liked, and Steve really respected our budget — he helped us stay within it and made sure we were comfortable with everything. He was incredibly respectful, patient, and truly took great care of us. Because of his wonderful customer service, I will definitely be coming back and will continue to support this business. Thank you, Steve, for going above and beyond!”
