“Joshua streamlined our purchase. I’ve purchased twice from this location. Joshua is the reason we come to this specific branch. He was attentive but kept his distance after we mentioned we were only looking and would seek him out if we had questions. Soon after we made a choice, he was quick to help us out. We were out of there in about 20 minutes. It’s not my first time so I knew the process. Albeit the process was fast, I didn’t feel like it was rushed. I walked out of there as happy as can be.”

“Our experience with Mancini’s was effortless. We walked in, told them what we were looking for and our budget, and were shown samples to try. We decided on a slightly higher than our budget mattress but they looked to see if there was a mattress that had a cosmetic flaw which they did so we were able to get a discount. After that, it was 1,2,3 and out the door! Delivery guys were excellent too!”

“Last week we went shopping for furniture at the San Mateo store location and had the pleasure of working with Meiling Zhong. Meiling was very patient answering lots of our questions and quite knowledgeable of their vast furniture options. She even moved furniture closer together to see if they complimented each other. We spent almost 2 hours in the store and bought over 12 pieces of furniture. The quality of the furniture and the excellent customer/ sales service by Meiling prompted us to give this review.”
“My interaction with TFS was fantastic. I spoke with two separate individuals, both extremely helpful and courteous. We bought a new travel trailer with a standard trailer mattress with it's tags of all the chemicals we will be exposed to. Decided this was not for us. After hours of research and discussions ended up buying a Pure Comfort Organic Cotton Mattress. Looking forward to having it for our next trip.”
“Shopping at Furniture Innovation has truly been a pleasure. Eun Soon was lovely to deal with. I came back to the store 3-4 times before making my decision and was so happy she was there each time.
There furniture is top quality and good prices. I went shopping at other stores down in Redwood City and South City with similar furniture and they were 10% cheaper and a lot more customer focused.
I plan to make Furniture Innovation my furniture shopping place going forward for my home.”

She answered all the right questions, guided me through the whole process, gave me real-life examples (based on his experience), felt like buying a mattress from a friend — zero pressure. I am able to try lots of mattresses and she don’t push you for a quick decision. I shopped for around half an hour and was very pleased with the mattress I bought.
