“I had a pleasant trip today. My mother forgot her pin AND security questions so I had to bring her along to our nearest MetroPCS store for help. An employee by the name of, Francisco, went above and beyond and managed to help us reset both her pin and security questions. Another employee called, Jesus, helped us with another problem after that. Both employees were very nice and understanding. The store was busy when we arrived, but they got through it quick.”

“Nicholas B. at the AT&T store in downtown Palo Alto absolutely made my day. I had been trying since 10:00 AM to recover the phone number and account number for a line I created. After speaking with multiple AT&T representatives and getting nowhere, I was beyond frustrated.

However, I have gone to this store a few times to pay my bill or do phone related business there, only to find the store is closed (during business hours)! No note or anything.
