“WOW! We feel so fortunate that Lauren was working yesterday when we came in to upgrade one of our phones. Not only was she just genuinely friendly but she was very knowledgeable and knew her way around both the products and application needed to upgrade. She offered suggestions and pointed out the pros and cons of different phones and without her, our original thought of switching to an Iphone would have been disastrous for us. Kudos to Lauren! We visited the Stonestown Xfinity store on a Friday afternoon to ask about international phone service, and we were lucky to be greeted by Steven—an absolute gem! He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and clarity.
While reviewing our current plan, Steven discovered we were eligible for a credit that allowed us to add an Apple Watch and upgrade our plan—without increasing our monthly payment. What a pleasant surprise! We chose the model and color, and began pairing it with our existing iPhone 11. Since our phone wasn’t updated, the process took quite a while, but Steven remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout. He never made us feel awkward about our older device—instead, he guided us through every step, including troubleshooting, restarting, and syncing.
Allen, the store manager, also jumped in to assist with the pairing and upgrade process. Allen provided the new iPhone information to us with the detailed payment plan. Both Steven and Allen worked seamlessly together with other associates, staying past closing time to make sure every detail was handled. We were the last customers to leave the store. It was already dark outside, but we left feeling so uplifted—not just because we had new phones and watches, but because we received truly exceptional service.
During our visit, we saw other returning customers drop by just to say thank you to Steven - proof that this team builds real relationships under Allen’s leadership.

“Awesome provider. So happy to finally ditch Xfinity! I used to have ATT and I missed having symmetrical bandwidth. Installers were great. Gigabit DL is accurate, Upload is a little slower but it's a fantastic improvement (~600Mb/s). Only downside is no IPv6 support (in my area at least).”
“Jaime is a fantastic asset to your organization and wonderful representative of your Brand!!! I visited the SF Mission store 4 times over the course of the past week as I navigated the transition from a competitor (Sorry Snoop ?) and Jaime assisted me personally during three of those visits. The First to help me decide which device I preferred, the Second to pickup the devices chosen (for me and my son) and the Fourth to resolve a tech issue.
As a side note, my Third visit to the store was lackluster with the Store Greeter sending me away immediately, basically saying 'the store reps are not tech savvy so I needed to contact Tech Support'. I certainly did not feel cared for during this interaction and felt rushed away even though the store had more reps present than customers. ?
An Honorable Mention is deserved for your Tech Support, as I had a great interaction with Ma Juliet with your Tech Support group, over the phone, after my Third visit to the store.?
Upon my Fourth visit, Jaime again immediately welcomed me and I felt cared for throughout the interaction. He took the time to listen to my issue (RCS Chats issue on my Samsung 24FE) and offered what assistance he could. He went above and beyond!!! After we reattempted the fixes I had already found using Help feature in the phone, he took the time to then briefly research additional fixes online. He found one that was successful immediately! I was in the store possibly 10 minutes to fix an issue that I'd been dealing with for several days. ?
