Although I was 15 minutes late, I could handle the affairs immediately when I arrived without waiting again. The bilingual service here is good, and they can speak Mandarin and English fluently. I will come to this bank next time if I have any needs.???

“COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small, but honestly, this place isn't popping. So you don't have to worry about parking. Plus, if for some reason it is full, just park at Grocery Outlet (which is right across from BoA) and just walk over. Parking spots are decent. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.”

“A great bank in my opinion. They have better rates and service than other banks that I have dealt with. The building is right on a corner and there is always security posted at every entrance/exit. This bank is fairly safe and there is an open concept so you are able to see everything that is going on. It is always crowded at this location since it is on the corner of 2 very busy streets. The tellers and workers are always nice and accommodating. Everyone is always kind and welcoming. One thing I love about East West Bank is that you are not charged any ATM fees when taking out money. Most ATM/debit cards are charged a $3 fee when you visit an ATM but not with EAST WEST BANK. So awesome and convenient. You can visit any ATM you wish as well which is awesome. I know there are not many East West Banks outside of the San Gabriel Valley but I have seen them pop up in more cities outside the SGV which is super exciting. I have been with them for about 10 years and will continue to do so!”
