“The branch manager, Lolita Envia ( I hope I got the name right), was extremely professional, cared about customers so much, and was probably one of the best bankers I met for decades. I called in regarding an issue that's less likely going to bring her any immediate credit ( like opening a bank account etc.) so my expectation was pretty low but she went out of her way to call the back offices and me multiple times to really understand the issues and explain to me about how to navigate this through. For people like her who spend a lot of efforts helping customers, especially not for immediate credits, should definitely get a 5 star rating.”

“Thumbs up! In a flash, Samantha Collins solved three problems created at another bank branch. I have a business checking account and a personal checking account and both had been blocked. To make matters worse the debit card for the business account was sent to the wrong address and I was not able to make payments and purchase things. Samantha updated my bank accounts with the right information, updated my password for one that actually worked and requested that a debit card for my business checking account be sent to the right address in a very short time. In the past I have used other banks I ended up not liking and I even got money stolen at a Washington Mutual branch a long time ago. Bank of the West and Specially the one on 3081 Mckee Road in San Jose, is my number 1 bank. Thank you Samantha Collins.”

“My bother open a new account with Santa Clara County Credit Union on Saturday and he try to register online however was not able to the system would not recognize his information.He got locked out of the system after 3 attempts.I went in with my bother today to help him get online account sit up, Jun the teller try his best to get the system to recognize his information. Jun was friendly and very helpful. Jun only has Certain capabilities to be able to do more so he actually passed us to his manager Lia Lee.Lia Lee went above and beyond to get my bothers login to work. Now he able to set up his direct deposit and pay his bills.We are so great full of her help.
