“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

“Called different ATT stores looking for a specific phone. All the other stores I’ve called either they didn’t pick up. Or didn’t have the phone available.
Called this location, they had my phone in stock and decided to pop on over to do a phone upgrade. I’m glad Nick picked up the phone and helped me see it through and through. He did ask me to come in at a certain, I was in the area so I popped in a little early. He was more than welcoming. He was with a customer before me. Told me he’d be right with me. Didn’t wait long. He was done with the other customer.
He is very thorough. Walked me through the upgraded plan on my account. Answered all my questions. Explained the breakdowns for me. What to expect and made sure I understood what I was getting in to.
We had a hiccup with my phone and he stayed with me and tried his best to figure out the issue so I can walk out with a working phone. I can’t say for the rest of the people that work here but Nick has went above and beyond expectations for customer service. 10/10 do recommend him and this location!”

“I came in to pay a bill and Serena informed me that I could qualify for for their new zero finance 3 year agreement and get a new iPhone for free! I ran the app and luckily enough I qualified and got a new iPhone, an apple watch, and iPad! The watch is only $10/month and the iPad is $20/month. I'm so happy with their new Postpaid Services because all the other companies wanted me to trade in my phone and charge a leg and an arm! Currently, their cheapest plan gives you unlimited calling, unlimited texting, and 2 GB of high speed data, all for $30/month. After you have used up your high speed data, it will be slowed down, but you will absolutely never be cut off. This is amazing because it ensures your phone will always be working 100% of the time no matter how much or little you use it.”

Though I've been going to Grand Century since I was a kid, I didn't actually check out Mobile Plus until this year. My iPhone screen cracked and my friend told me Mobile Plus would fix it for $20.
I was welcomed by Yen, who not only fixed my phone screen for $20, but also told me they have lifetime (of the particular phone) warranty for screen protection.
They also offer $20 for a battery replacement.
I'm also amazed at how affordable their accessories are. Cute and trendy phone cases from Asia for just $7-10. I bought a Psyduck phone holder and a Cinnamaroll phone charm.
The only downside is Mobile Plus only caters to iPhone (sorry Android and Pixel users!).”
