“First of all, I just wanna say it was such a pleasure being in that store with the manager Masi and the assistant manager Angel the experience I had. I’ll just start by this. I’m porting in from AT&T. I have five lines. My bill with AT&T was atrocious when I first walked in the energy in the store brightened my day because I already felt that they were going to take care of me. They were transparent honest and gave me some of the upmost information that I’ve ever received in a mobile store.

My initial plan was to upgrade three phones, but they told me they could upgrade four for me. I wanted three IPhone 17 Pro Max and one IPhone 17 Pro. They had the devices ready to go. They gave me some good screen protectors, and phone cases at a great cost especially since they put the protectors on for me! I also inquired about the home Internet and the Internet was a 14 day trial zero cost out the door and the Internet has been fantastic in my area here in San Ramon. I’m very grateful for meeting Masi and Angel and it was an honor working with them because they allowed me to save so much money. The cost compared to AT&T is amazing Tmobile. I am with you for life.”
