“My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”

“These guys are very friendly and honest. I've stopped by here twice related to a couple iphone issues I wanted resolved (one time related to my mom's cracked iphone screen needing to be replaced and another time related to my charging port not fully functioning. Both times they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be heading back if/when my laptop or phone need repair.”

“Mansoor was a huge help—very patient and polite throughout the entire process. He took his time assisting me with my upgrade and made sure everything was transferred smoothly from my old phone to the new one. He even double-checked that all my emails were set up and working perfectly.
I really appreciate how the team at this store goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s a completely different experience compared to some other Verizon stores, like Walnut Creek, where it often feels like they don’t have the time to assist you properly.

I was driving around town with a service that cut off from one phone to another-so was very frustrated at the customer service # I called. Ive went to hayward ATT-today-aside from Vanessa! The other team members are not helpful. I had been to two AT&T stores today to gladly walk into the Pleasanton AT&T to meet Daniel. I will never go to another AT&T store again come in and ask for Daniel Pleasant willing not pushy You All the things you need with all of this technology. I am very grateful!!! “A bit confusing for the older set, but after monkeying around for an hour, I finally got through. Oddly, Google kept saying my phone # and email were 'invalid,' even though I was hooking up from that very phone connected to that same email. Tried about 4 times making sure it wasn't my typing which, admittedly, is not particularly good. After that I tried the 'six year old' approach and just flopped around. One of them worked.
(Don't ask me; I'm still clueless.)”
“I'm not super tech focused, but never feel like an idiot when asking questions here. I have purchased lots of electronics at this store over the past 15+ years, including laptops, tablets, TVs, and home appliances. The warranty purchase for the front loading washing machine was worth every penny. The washer broke three times, they serviced it twice and the refunded me to get a replacement on the third attempt. Yeah, the washer had issues, but Best Buy wasn't at fault and they took care of us with the warranty.
The store is huge, and fun to explore. I recommend it.”

“I usually don't write reviews unless I really feel impressed by the service. I had never been to this store before. When I lost my phone and bought a new one there, I ran into a problem with my SIM card. Fortunately, the store manager, Safi, and his helpful associate stayed with me until everything was sorted out. While I was talking to them, Safi also took care of changing my work DirectTV service and found me a much better deal. Thanks to them, I ended up saving hundreds of dollars! I truly believe that without Safi’s help, it wouldn't have been possible. Five stars just isn't enough—I wish there were a seven-star option! I highly recommend this store.”
