“We purchased 2 phones from this Verizon store within a span of 10 days - both my wife's and my phones were eligible for an upgrade. We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. I also worked with a couple of other folks there and they were all very helpful, but Faisal was particularly efficient and knowledgeable. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years now and been to multiple stores - most have not had a bad experience, but this one stood out for me as being truly exceptional.”

“My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”
“These guys are very friendly and honest. I've stopped by here twice related to a couple iphone issues I wanted resolved (one time related to my mom's cracked iphone screen needing to be replaced and another time related to my charging port not fully functioning. Both times they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be heading back if/when my laptop or phone need repair.”

We had an incredible experience thanks to Ana at the Pleasanton location. She went above and beyond helping my husband and me transfer all of our information from our old phones to our new ones. She patiently answered every question we had and made sure everything was set up correctly before we left.
What really stood out was her dedication to customer service. Ana is about eight months pregnant and was still working incredibly hard to help customers. The store was scheduled to close within the hour, and she stayed focused on making sure we were completely taken care of.
We later realized she hadn't even had a chance to take her lunch because the store had been so busy. While our phones were transferring, she briefly grabbed something to eat in the back but still prioritized helping us.
She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant the entire time. Before assisting us, I even saw her handle a difficult customer with impressive composure and kindness.
Ana also helped us find the right phone solution for our daughter and walked us through the parental control options so we could make the best choices. She's extremely knowledgeable and suggestive. We ended up adding an additional line that works perfectly for our family.
Ana truly represents what great customer service looks like. Five stars all the way — and if I could give ten, I absolutely would.”
“Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. He was patient, and perhaps most of all, he was a good listener. When we had what might be construed as silly questions, he immediately assured us that his purpose was to ensure that he met our needs, and he encouraged us to ask any and every question until we felt satisfied in making our decision to purchase the phones. When we left the store with our new phones, we were comforted knowing we had made the right decision, thanks in part to the high professionalism of Sid.”

“This guy is absolutely awesome! I do not live in this area and my phone got dunked in water. I had no way to contact my family at home. And i needed my phone to pay for my gasoline.. i contacted a bunch of phone repair places and they all wanted 160 bucks and up. This guy not only did the job for a fraction of that but he finished the job in minutes. Dude is awesome and he is definitely not greedy like that kiosk at southland mall. You definitely should avoid that place.
If the owner of phone geeks reads this i want to say thank you dude. Ypu hooked me up when everybody else was trying to get over.”

“The AT and T store at Ygnacio Valley are, the best! The staff are highly educated on the products. They are patient in explaining each individual product. I can tell that Jesenyia and her manager were trained well! They are the best. They were patient with us, my husband and I are of an older generation, and we both upgraded to new phones. We are highly satiated with the service we got!”

“A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”
