“My recent visit to the local branch located at 3556 La Rambla Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95051 in April, 2024 was a pleasant experience for me, being there for the first time.The person, who assisted me, was Alex Montiel. He and his manager were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful, while opening the new CDs for me.In comparison, I also visited another traditional banking institution, and their customer service was really lousy because the lady kept rushing everything to get things done on my accounts with them. I told her what she did was not very professional on the job, leaving a negative image in client's memory. “I went to this location of Patelco and let me tell you the experience was nothing short of amazing, if there was 10 stars I would give it 10/10, but 5/5 stars will do. I had Yolanda help me and she was fantastic, she was informative, personable and sooo kind. With all my questions she had answers +more. The customer service with all the staff was amazing and friendly. I am so happy I bank at Patelco and even happier that this location is close by. If I have any banking problems or questions I will gladly go back to this location for help. If you go to any Patelco location I hope you go to this one and i hope you get Yolanda so you have just as great of an experience as I did.”

“My fiancé and I applied for an auto loan. It was my first time dealing with CEFCU. I had one of the best experience with CEFCU. Nick Aguila the branch assistant manager took over the loan. He made the process smooth and quick. He funded my loan with the help of Masha in two days. I was amazed on how professional he is. His customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond. At first I was told that they couldn't give us the auto loan because we were dealing with a third party. When Nick took over he was able to fund the loan and walked me through all the steps to make the progress easy for me. I highly recommend this credit union and make sure you ask for Nick. He will provide the best customer service you will ever get. Thank you Nick!”

“This location only has ATMs to help with withdrawals and deposits and maybe one human attendant. Perfect for what I needed (getting cash in specific denominations to go buy donuts at Stan’s!) and Jojo was super lovely, cheerful, and helpful as well :)”
“By and large this Chase Bank branch is very good, they've got great service, they're fully staffed as much as any bank is anymore as they try to minimize their reliance on humans and move customers over to ATMs. You can find a team of loan officers, account specialist to open up new accounts, they have investment advisors and unfortunately they only have three windows usually staffed by one sometimes two tellers, occasionally three when they get really busy. They haven't been enforcing the parking lately and visitors to Valley for a shopping center I've been taking up all the parking spots so parking can sometimes be difficult to get in and out if you need to make deposits or take care of banking.”

“We were looking to get a bank stamp and this was the only bank that even understood what we were asking for. We had driven to 5 different banks all around and all the other banks had immediately denied us without trying to understand what we were asking for. One of the employees that helped us was super respectful, nice, and took the time to actually understand what we needed. Tip: all WF banks do carry the bank stamp, and it did seem like this guy was the most competent of anyone we had previously talked to”
