Great customer service and great selection. Came for a Father’s Day gift and was glad they were able to help me pick a hat according to likings. Also did the embroidery and loved the outcome!

- Okay customer Service- Cash Register are employees phoneI like how lids always has a sale section. There was no cash register so did not know where to go to make a purchase. Just have to go up to an employee and they pull out their phone to take payment, not sure how I feel about it but it wasn't too bad.
