“Very busy location. Not enough staff! All employees are very understanding, patient and helpful. I did not get names unfortunately but the older gentleman and the miss wearing the hijab were professional and fast to make sure all customers were acknowledged if waiting to be serviced. They took the passport photo and printed them quickly. Took 1 star away because if you come at the wrong time you could be waiting a long time and that's a staffing issue not the employees themselves.”

“Been here on several occasions and the staff are very helpful and kind. They’re almost always super busy, yet they always do a great job of handling multiple customers.The employees make it a point to keep a good vibe at this place, which makes it nice for customers too. They are often singing or laughing.Interesting to see that the staff are kind to each other as well, and they stand up for one another! On one occasion there was only 1 lady at the counter and a customer compassionately asked “ they just let you fend for yourself out here” and she stood up for her colleagues and continued working efficiently. This is unlike other shipping places where staff are trying to blame/pile work on the other.Shoutout to the team at this UPS for modeling great team work and being a pleasant place to go to!”

“Exceeded my expectation. Went above and beyond.This happened couple of months ago. I had a rental equipment sent to this store for a photography gig. I went to pick it up the morning after it was delivered to the store. Jordan(?) told me that unfortunately the store was not able to keep the shipment and had sent it back to the distribution center.I was upset that they didn't let me know about this in advanced. I explained to him the importance of that shipment and he immediately called the distribution center asking them to send the shipment back to the store and within an hour I had the shipment in my hand.Jordan went above and beyond. He was able to use his connections to identify where the package was and had it delivered back to the store. Thanks to Jordan, I was able to complete my gig that day.”
“Great service by Sonia! I had a little confusion over a package hold at this usps location due to custom fees. The package was in the process of being shipped back because I was late to pick it up. Sonia helped me with the whole process and she called me twice to confirm some details. I really appreciate the great service. It's almost I like to see a great service like this nowadays. “Very convenient and good location. You can drop off Fedex, UPS, and USPS packages and I have never had an issue here.The line sometime isn't clear so people sometime cut ahead.USPS also seems to not pick up here consistently so be careful if you are tight on time.Overall, great place!”

The website estimated that the prints would be available the next day at the earliest, which would have been too late for us. We called the store, the staff was very friendly, and quickly provided us with a clear path to getting this done today. The prints were ready within a couple of hours. “they ship wine! depending on the CA state rules of course. Happy to drive out of my way here and pleased to find a delightful selection of greeting cards, just right for the most random occasion, as well as the upcoming Thanksgiving card. Also got a key made while shipping wine, my son was excited to see the super cute old fashioned mickey mouse key as his own... if anyone has never had one of those expensive personalized silly keys, it makes your everyday that much brighter, try one!looking forward to my next visit here and planning to hit the korean grocery store next time i have more time. Had such a nice visit, great to get errands done and a little personal shopping too!”
