“Went there today to get out of the rain (I was on my bike) went in and looked, they have a lot of neat things! I got some smoked beef to try and the guy working there was kind to a fault. He took a couple of candy bars and put them in my bag, then I saw one with hazelnut and offered to trade those two for that one, and he put that one in and insisted I take all three. Which brings me to...Bananko. You must try this. It's a banana candy bar. It's long and curved like a banana, made of a sort of yellow marshmallow and dipped in dark chocolate. But it gets better - it's got that "banana" flavor which if you're a 60s/70s kid like me, will give you a very nostalgic feeling. And the texture is almost like a banana - almost juicy. It is simply not to be missed.”

When I got it, it was alarming how small they were, but after I shucked and served them w a homemade wasabi cocktail sauce, they were quite good. 12/14 have their liquor retain in them. They were at $2.67 each, I got them un shucked, because I want to retain those good liquor on the way home. Probably would not get this variety again as they were so small.”

“I'm a Safeway guy. I came here though as i was going to the liquor store next door (See my upcoming review for San Thomas Liquor). I think i may be coming to this Lucky's more though. It looks like they have renovated the space to make it a bit more modern. I was pleasantly surprised. I came in to get some ingredients to make pot roast. They have everything i needed. First stop was the produce section. Very well kept, nice and organized, presentation looked photo ready. Next i went to check for some other things i had on the grocery list. I needed AP Flour, and they had a multitude of variety. I'll be coming here for some Semolina flour to hand make pasta soon enough. Next on the list was some soda. I'm a diet pepsi guy personally, but they have all the usual suspects- Coke, et al. Shelves appear to be fully stocked, and there were several workers restocking. The staff is friendly, parking friendlier. I always see the ads that come in via mail, and they have some great deals too. The thing i like about this Lucky is the convenience of parking, and it wasn't crazy here. The Safeway i usually goto has a bunch of stuff missing and parking is a pain.”

“I stop by here at least twice a week before work, right at 5AM-5:10AM. They're always open on time and the employees are all busy at work. Some have their airpods on and keep to themselves and you can tell which ones are the social ones just talking about random stuff. The employees are very diverse and the age gap is pretty big. They're always stocking up in every department and keeping everything clean and organized. Of course during the morning there's plenty of parking but I still imagine even during the rush hour Rivermark Plaza still has plenty of parking. It's shared with a ton of businesses so it can accommodate that. One little hiccup is when I went to buy a couple quest bars the cashier immediately said we don't have enough cash for cashback. I didn't want any cash but it didn't really matter. Just caught me off guard. There's also a Wells Fargo just a stone throw away anyways. Overall very clean, bigger than normal selection and everything is organized. Props to the Director and Managers.”
“Amazon lockers are conveniently located at this Safeway. It's hidden on the side closest to the donuts and bagels. With all the porch thefts happening in our neighborhoods, I think it's best to be on the safe side. Placed my order on Sunday and picked up my order here yesterday with no issues. Then, went grocery shopping right after. It's a win-win!”

At the last minute, I asked if they had more potato wedges and she was so kind to offer to make more! I felt bad but she insisted they needed to make more anyways. What a kind and sweet lady! “This store was a good size and had most of what I needed to shop for. I ended up getting dungeness crab legs for $9.99/lb and I thought that was a good deal. They always have the 5 for $25 sale going on and I believe that it's a good value if you need to buy in bulk, or have the room in your freezer and want to save money on goods you'll buy anyway.”

Today my husband's eagle eyes spied some cans of No Bean chili for only 81 cents a can! He snagged four cans. Tonight, he enjoyed some chili. He loved it! I took a taste...not bad!... Last visit at another Walmart Market, we saw a front-end cap featuring some frozen bags of bbq chicken wings, clearanced at $4.00! We grabbed 3 bags! They are delicious!Generally, very good prices at Walmart Neighborhood Markets!”
