I’m a big Office Depot online shopper (VIP Rewards Member), but I must say this Office Depot location is great and well organized. They also have really good deals. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Every employee that you encounter offers to assist you, they are really polite, knowledgeable about their items/products, and friendly. If purchasing big and/or many items they offer to help you by taking your purchased items to your car. This location really cares about customer satisfaction. They truly value their customers. I will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend this location to all of my friends.”

“I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. “I was having issues with my Lenovo p15. The charging/battery wasn’t working. I sent it to Lenovo to get fixed and they “fixed” it, when I got it back it still had the same issued. I took it here and they found and resolved the issue in less than 10 min. They also take Lenovo warranty . Literally saved me heaps of time, energy, and money.Thank you!”

“This Best Buy is usually pretty dead which is nice because there's little to no line when checking out. The staff have always been helpful and attentive. There's always parking, you just have to go to the upper lot if the bottom is full. I have never had issues with any of the products that I've purchased, and I go there kind of frequently (maybe once a month or once every two months).”

Plus if you come in at the right time, you can catch a lesson of something that adds just a little extra benefit to each visit. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but if the culture and training are right, then you should have a similar experience with each team member. Obviously, people are different so you won’t get the exact same experience every time, but I have to say, I do appreciate this store and they’ve always done me right.
