“This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so warm, so welcoming, efficient, helpful. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.”
“Responsive, and responsible. I needed book boxes ready for shipping for my daughter's return to college. They had them, and tape with a dispenser. Exactly what I needed. Their array of boxes available is huge, but they knew what I was asking for, and got it ready for me. Win!”

“This location is great! It’s very calm, not too crowded, and the workers are always nice and friendly. The store is pretty clean and has all the essentials you might need. They also have a printing area where you can do it yourself which is super convenient. Free Parking lot is available in the back, with meters in the front, making it easy to get in and out.”

“When I was searching for a place to rent a postal box, I went on Google maps and made a list of possibilities. I called a few, and visited others. I was not convinced. I decided to check this one out in person, as I was nearby.
I was greeted by one of the owners (Armeni), she gave me a detailed explanation of the fees and the process. I liked her right away, and decided to rent a box right there and then. Armeni is very friendly and helpful. I have only seen her husband a few times, when I've gone to check my mail. He is also friendly.
I recommend this business.”

“Oh my gosh! Best customer experience interaction ever - even outside of the shipping realm! Sean & Monica were awesome helping me with a crazy last minute shipping situation after buying an oversized piece of art on Sunday! They even helped build a custom box to fit my 65” canvas along with all the necessary bubble wrap and safety measures to make sure it was packed properly! “I've used the UPS to drop off any returns I have already in prepaid labels. There's usually street parking available. I've not had it to wait in line It's clean and personnel is friendly. It's simple and quick for me to drop off. Does it job”
“Last week, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I realized I had forgotten to mail a birthday card to my grandma in Slovakia. The main post office was closed, and only Feve was working. It was almost closing time, and there were at least four people ahead of me trying to use the self-mailing machine. I asked Feve if they had any birthday cards for sale, but she informed me that they did not. However, she kindly pointed me to a nearby store where I could purchase one. She also mentioned that the self-mailing machine doesn’t accept postcards to Europe unless I already have a forever stamp. Her suggestion was to try the UPS store next door.
I followed her advice and bought a card, but when I got to the UPS Store, I was shocked to learn that it would cost over $300 to ship it, outrageous!
I returned to the post office, hoping for a small miracle as it was just about 4:58 PM or maybe even 5 PM. When I explained how much the UPS store wanted to ship the card. Without hesitation, Feve stepped in to help me. She unlocked the door to the main post office and got me the forever stamps. Thanks to her quick actions, I didn't fail, and made my 90-year-old grandma happy.

“I don't know why they have bad reviews. The employees at this Post Office are very friendly & professional. I, personally, had a very good experience at this location. A very nice employee named Ryan helped me with my Passport Application. He's polite, nice, and very thorough with my application.
I felt like I was in good hands, and I'm very grateful for his service.
It all went smoothly. I had no issues at all. The appointment lasted about 15 minutes.
I definitely recommend this post office because the employees are wonderful.”
